We stayed at Villa Mirasol for 10 nights. The location is on a quiet street which is walking distance to the Centro. The hotel is very pretty with lots of flowers on several patios. Our room, the Carmen Suite, which was on the top floor, was spacious with all windows having a view of the Parroquia. It had a large balcony which was shared with another suite but since the suite was always empty, we had the balcony to ourselves . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very go.

Continental breakfast was very good and available menu items good as well. The hotel is immaculate, our room was very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated with nice artwork and flowers everywhere. We really appreciated the nearby parking lot for our car. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the city. From our first step in the door we experienced nothing but wonderful attitude from staff..Our room was exactly as described, very clean and the whole property is designed for relaxation with all rooms having access to a patio with chairs and flowers etc .the location is excellent..we would highly recommend. Otherwise, congratulations for the rooms divison personal, they are wonderful! Thanks very much! for this particularity, i already recomend you with my ex-boss (a Diplomatic Officer) he has alot of guests visiting him, maybe some arrive with you. All staff were friendly, helpful, went out of their way to help in every aspect. Staff anticipated our needs and fulfilled these needs before we requested. A delightful stay of 3 weeks. Nothing bad or marginal. Highly recommend this hotel. Good location, quiet inside very large comfy bed. Bathroom is large with a great shower. Hot water took half a minute but was hot and plentiful once you get it. Staff were good and spoke enough English to suit our needs. The staff was sensational. The hotel itself is charming. It is a perfect place to stay in San Miguel de Allende. There was nothing I didn't like. We don´t like the "bad attitud" or "mood" of the waitress at monday breakfast. And, also the prices of the menu, are little expensive, I understand the cost of the town is expensive, but is very useful to make a standard recipies with their complementaries to standarize your opperational cost. Anyway, a big recomendation, work with the attiud of the waitress. Thanks. No negatives at all. Message on the wall and in the guest brochure said not to flush toilet paper down the toilet. REALLY? I thought they maybe had a translation error. Not so. Flushed ours anyway. That's disgusting!. The carpet in the room was a little dated. No parking. When 3 guests decided that they could talk loudly and laugh until 1:30 AM, no help form staff. Breakfast was very sparce. - none. Todo estuvo bien.
