staff was very courteous and service was good and speedy. i thought the recreation was poor. i thought the it was a beach front hotel and the little beach was tiny and water sports were only allowed in a boring little lagoon. so i did get a little bored. also, breakfast was a very poor selection and the receptionist booking ala cart restaurants was very rude.

The resort provides 328 comfortable standard rooms, 52 spacious suites and 42 brand new superior-deluxe rooms, spread horizontally along the property on 2, 3 and 4 story buildings and villas.

The resort provides 5 swimming pools, including a pool for children, 6 restaurants, 7 bars including a fully equipped sports bar with full swing golf simulator, disco, fitness center, 2 tennis courts and kid’s club for children from 4 to 12 years old.

The resort introduces its NEW Spa Alegria of 3900m2.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Children ages 6 and under are free when accompanied by 2 adults, if not, then they pay adult extra person (Adult) charge in a double room.
