Friendly, helpful staff. Impeccably clean, recent renovations. Right on the beach at price comparable to inland hotels. Close to Fifth Avenue but a little removed. Creative use of space to give every room a view. Easy walk to great local restaurants on Avenida 30 near Mega store. Small fridge and range, enough to prepare a simple meal. Wonderful staff, clean comfy rooms with an interesting open layout. Bed- sheets were soft and a pleasure to sleep in. Very well insulated from outside noise, since there are several loud clubs around. Cozy beach lounge area. Awesome to have air conditioning!.

The hotel is close to Playa Mamitas too one of the best beaches in Playa. Very nice environment, beautiful views. Proper room size with balcony. Good restorant next door (indigo). The location is very convenient: 2 mein to the beach and 5 min to all clubs and restaurants. Staff is very friendly!. We liked it all on our second stay. Potential guests should know: 1. No restaurant or bar on premises. 2. Good beach right out front but you share it with boats. No problem swimming between them, but open beach is a few steps away. 3. It is near party zone and can be noisy distantly in early morning hours. Sea sounds usually drown it out. The beach is nice but not for swiming - boats parked in front and the water generally was not very clean in Playa del Carmen. Boats everywhere make the water dirty and unpleasant. Hotel was difficult to find - need better directions. The beach of the resort serves as a "parking" for several fishing boats so this make the beach impossible to enjoy. No restorant, but breakfast served in the room. The breakfast is poor. The aircon smelled odd - but I asked for cleaning and they fixed it within 1,5 hours - perfect !!. playa del carmen - beach was dirty and water was not clean and had a bad smell to it. This was nothing to do with the hotel though. Also easy access and an open front to the beach makes it hard to leave your door open in the ground floor rooms. The beach smells like fish from all the fishing boats parked on shore! No bar/restaurant. I know this is not the hotels fault but there were young children there that would run around the courtyard/pool area at an early hour and they were really loud!. Close fromage à night-club the volume of the music coule jot let me sleep until 2am. A little bit expensive.
