The location and the Design of the hotel couldn't be better. The front desk and consierge service was excellent! I'd like to give an special mention to Keshi (the concierge guy) who gave us really good tips and recommemdations as to where to go, where to eat and he even helped us to make our reservations to some places. This made our stay a great experience. Thanks you!. Excellent staff. Despite being so close to night clubs such as Cocobongo and Palazzo the noise is not a problem when you are in the rooms at the back of the hotel. Me and my wife had no problems with that. It's right next to the 5th avenue, the most famous street for shopping and hanging out.

Ideal for young people, especially fans of hangouts, because the hotel is surrounded by clubs! And realy good breakfast!. The rooms are big and nice decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The people working there nice and helpful. It's centrally located but still quiet (room 305). Location in regards to beach shopping etc is great! Restaurants Spring The corner. That our rental car was parked too far from the hotel and there was not valet parking service. Other thing is that there should be restricted the pool area at late hours and let the people put their music loud. This disrupt the quietness of the hotel and it's anoying to the other guests that are trying to rest. Lack of parking, noise at night from the clubs. The roof top area was closed. The Internet connection was not the best. And a little bit more variety for breakfast would be nice (4 dishes). The noise level from the Clubs next door. On the weekends at 5 AM the Music is so loud that you will be woken no matter what! If your a Club goer it's a great place, if you seek the quiet go some where else! They should warn people better about the noise level!. The vibrations and loud music from club coco bongo until 6:00 am & luod drunks in the street after that. Our first night was intollerable, we were able to move to the back of the hotel for the remaining three nights but we still needed ear plugs.we had to give up our balcony and pay $40.00 a night more for a larger room with spa, it was beautiful but we would rather had the balcony the lighting was very poor could not see to shave,glad I don't wear makeup. The loud music at night, just take ear plugs and you will be fine. Hotel smells of mould, rooms are very damp, reception staff are put out when asking to do anything, very loud being next to 3 nightclubs at night. noise from the clubs. wifi works bad breakfast is too simple hot-tub in master suit takes ages to fill with water. all was good. front rooms facing 12th street noisy at night late. The breakfast was not inhouse but you had to walk to another restaurant. The floors of the rooms were quite dirty and because our suite had a balcony to the door it was VERY loud, as the CocoBongo Club is quite close. The roofbar was closed and there was no restaurant or bar inside the hotel. From the outside it also looked like it needed a few renovations (colour dropping of the wall). All in All I wasn't very impressed... It's too loud to sleep, even with earplugs, especially between 2 and 5 in the morning. Don't think you will be able to relax or even sleep. It's very expensive for a room in which you can't sleep. - No service - worst receptionist in town - impossible to sleep because of the noise. - RUN AWAY FROM THAT "HOSTEL". Overpriced. Humid rooms, there was a weird smell all the time. every day loud till 6 in the morning try to financially bleed the clients weak security.
