Location on 5th Ave puts it right at the heart of the tourist district, almost a 1 bedroom apartment where I stayed, friendly staff, good price for a hotel in Playa del Carmen. Excellent Location with a very friendly staff and get exactly what you see. Unique hotel with coffee and water always available. Great location. Good value for money. Easy to hear the noise from 5th Ave if you're in a room at the front and sensitive to sound.
