10 minutes away from the noisy and crowded city center with Avenida 5, there is a true jewel of hospitality and comfort. The Green Oasis hotel is located within an upscale and green neighbourhood of Playa del Carmen. The word "hotel" does not suit here however. There are two spacy villas with a pool, encircled by lots of trees and a nearby gold course. The french Tahlaoui family provides you an extraordinary hospitality, every guest gets the feeling of being among friends, "my home is your hom.

In the interest of time and. We had a wonderful time at this Hotel. We do not really know where to start with my positive feedback. Everybody was just so friendly and charming. We were given many great advice and help when we needed it. They did not hesitate to go the extra mile. The Hotel is in a very nice area of Playa del Carmen. We felt very safe, because it is a private area. It only took us about 15min walking to downtown. A cab to there was only 3 USD. We can definitely recommend this place and we will definitely co. The best place from all of the hotels in Mexico which we have been in our vacation. Said and Benedict are a wonderful couple sincerely honest with their moto "our house is your house". They make staying there very pleasant. Giving far more that what you can expect. The breakfast is wonderful and lets you choose additional dishes with very good prices. The pool is great. The rooms are clean. They have a shared living room for the guests with big tv and Netflix. 10 minutes walking from the start . The couple that hosted us are wonderful, warm and very welcoming. From the beginning they let us fill that we are the most important people and that they will do anything to make us fill great. We came for our honeymoon and as we came to the place that gave us a beautiful card and wishes us all the best for our marriage . A receptionist, Estefania, is very kind and congenial, which made my hotel life especially nice. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. A good wireless internet connection even in my room. Although, it is a little far from the downtown (20 min by foot,) this makes the place quiet. Arranged by Estefania, I rented a bike (190 pesos per day), and felt no inconvenience to go to the donwtown (less than 10 min by bike.). The owner Monia is very kind and friendly, she gave us a lot of excelent recommendations for restaurants and leasure. Villa is located in nice green garden with beautiful palmsin quiet area. Well equiped kitchen with side-by-side fridge with ice & water dispenser. There is clean swimming pool with sunbeds. Supermarket is just 4 minutes walk and is open nonstop. Saïd and Bénédicte are great hosts and having recently moved to Playa del Carmen from Paris their enthusiasm is infectious. They are flexible and very happy to help with any type of query. They are very much trying to create a home away from home for travellers and they seem to do a great job so far! We wish them all the best. Monia, said and benedicte was the greatest hosts. I would have to invent a fault, as I found none. The place is hard to find yet there is a big sign on the main street and they send very good instructions via mail at the minute of the order. The only thing we did not like was that we could not stay longer Taxi drivers were uncertain of location but our hosts gave them good directions so we had no problem. We arrive in night, it was difficult to get to hotel, but we did not send an infor of our arrival before. Nothing at all. There were no lights for reading next to the bed- one had to get up and cross the room to switch of the main light before sleeping, slightly uncomfortable if used to reading in bed before dozing off to sleep... The beach is a good 15-20 minutes walk... A small refrigerator and drinking water would be quite helpful. We did struggle to get a taxi here as the hotel is new.
