I will definetely go there again! The private room was great for a hostel and very good value for money, very comfortable bed, enough space for our clothes, a table with a chair, and the shower was always hot and had enough water pressure (although the room was in the 3rd floor). The breakfast was simple, but good and different every day. All the staff is very nice and helpful!.
Very good budget hostel with well, reasonably clean and remarkably well equipped rooms (first time areading light after more than two weeks in Mexico). Cental location near Hidalgo metro - actually I preferred this location over another overpriced hostel I stayed in near the zocalo.all reviews »
1. Great staff!!! 2. Breakfast was delicious. 3. Excellent value for money. We actually ended up staying at this hostel four nights instead of the one we had originally booked.
I planed to spend just 1 night in the hostel and ended up spending 4.. Everything great; wonderful environment, nice ppl, good basic breakfast, towels, clean rooms.
Some staff can speak English, and are willing to help us stay there comfortably. I liked the design of the room I stayed.

It was a great price. I was only there for a layover but it seemed like it would have been great if I were staying longer. I liked the in room bathrooms. Front desk was very helpful and even did a manual wake up call so I wouldn't miss my flight in the morning.
close to city, felt safe, staff was nice and helpful (but not everyone did behave and keep the rules, see dislikes!).

It was hard to find.
within our stay (6 nights) staff and some guests had three parties ending after 4 am, one party ended at 5.30 am. we had booked for 7 nights but left frustrated and unhappy and totally exhausted and tired after 6 nights.
The hot water was temperamental. The staff didn't know much. It was located quote far from el zocalo and in a dodgy alley way. The Vibe wasn't great or very friendly travellers - don't recommend for solo people. Also stinks of disinfectant!.
