The location on the level above the main floor felt very secure. Rooms very well appointed. the bell-person (?) named Joel was incredible: we were 2 women traveling and he really took care of us.

The hotel offers Airport Shuttle only for "Fiesta Inn Aeropuerto". The special transport for airport from "Fiesta Inn Centro Historico" costs more than a taxi.
Better way to go (and come) from airport till "centro historico" is to take a "metrobus" that has a good service, each 15 min, and price is much more cheaper than a taxi.
the walls were so thin I heard the conversations in the next room. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in some time. One towel in the room only, dated furniture.
