the stuff at the hotel was really nice and helpfull.when i ordered food to the room they brought it quickly and it was very good.hotel is just next to the airport and there is a bridge going from the airport right to the hotel so it is very comfortable and safe. Friendly and honest staff. I forgot something in the lobby and did not realize it until the following day. They had kept it secure and when I inquired about it they asked some questions to verify it was actually mine and returned it immediately.

Check in was painfully slow, not good after a day of travelling. carpets in the corridors are very old and worn and detract from the overall impression of what is really a very reasonable hotel. I was quoted $105. usd on letsbookhotel.com but charged the equivilant of $150. when I arrived. I was told that it was all tax, but I would not have booked it if I'd know the price would be so different. There was not breakfast and no internet included. It was $4. and hour to have internet anywhere in the hotel. I received much better value and perks while in Europe the previous weeks. Swimming pool out of service. Also a huge queue to check in and 8 employees behind the counter but only two or three of them attending to customers. It's the little details that make me not want to ever go back.. No one helped us with our bags, no one showed us where our room was. Parking was 240 pesos per day. Internet was 19 dollars per day. Details? Yes. But they make all the difference. This is a 5 star hotel and they charge for WiFi. I think they have to get with the times. prices of non alcoholic drinks in the restaurant. water 50p and coke 58p are just tooooooo much. I had to wait for 60 min. for check in. poor service in the restaurant. A little pricey. The double beds could be bigger. Small rooms. I requested A king bed and I got two beds I didnot have robes in my room and after 2 request finally recieved 1 but ineeded 2. No free internet. The hall carpet on the second floor where my room was located was filthy, worn and coming apart in some places. The hallway smelled dank. They charge 25.00 for the Internet. Worse of all they supposedly charge you a low rate for the room but what they do is they charge you in pesos at an exorbitant exchange rate that actually brings the cost of the room up about 12-15%. Felt riped off. Rather informal welcome. Room was small. The internet was charged separately and was very expensive. No electric to my room for 3 hours. The woman at the desk could not find my reservation and needed help even when I showed .n my I phone. This process took all most 20 minuets to resolve. Don't understand why they could not give my room while they took care of it. Check in is very slow. Simple extras were too expensive - Internet access, business center printing/copying. Internet not include for the price, ridiculous!. Free Internet. Price. Had to wait for 50 minutes in line for check-in, Cancelled flight use this hotel to send passengers, line was endless. Parking fee was more than twice what Camino Real Charges in Polanco! Shame on cr. I stayed before in this hotel and I had a better room this time they send me to the north tower and For the price the room was too small, I am paying too much for the quality, I didn't like it. The shower didn't work - finding this out at 4am when I had to get up was not good. The remote control for TV didn't work. No tea/coffee facilities in room and food services started at 6.30am Live music kept me awake played until 11pm - I needed to get up at 4am. Because looks old and humidity. Staff very rude. the hotel price was much more than what was mentioned in the website. the internet is not free keeping in mind the rate of the room was expensive.
