The gardens are really beautiful. The staff are outstanding. We travel extensively and have to say that the welcome and genuine interest in our well being was remarkable. We had a very early flight to catch and would have missed breakfast but they set out a special continental one for us. We felt really pampered and as if we were VIP's during our stay. I liked the greeting style, the professionalism of staff and their willingness to help and spend time to interact with guests. We only stayed for a week but felt that we got to know a few really well. This little resort is very nice. Beach is beautiful. Water is crystal clear. Most of water sports are free. Lots of cheap but good restaurants in Flic-en-Flac. A beautiful hotel at a perfect location. Although the prices are based on European pricing, some items are three times or four times the price than what one would get outside. We believe some of the pricing, particularly for soft drinks and water as well as some of the in room snacks could be reviewed. Restaurants at hotel are very expensive is you didn't get the "all inclusive" package. Internet needs to be paid for each device you want to connect. Around 25 USD per day per device. A bit far from commercial areas and makes shopping a little difficult. The beach should be cleaned of dead corals, as other resorts do. That would make your experience much nicer. No wifi-free in the rooms. They don't have free wi-fi The food quality is not value for money. Too noisy air conditioning system. Situation with safe in the room and finally with safe on reception.During the whole period the safe in the room does not work.From time to time a tall dandy appeared and even presented us 2cocktails instead of working safe...HORROR....UNPRECEDENTED... location. The check out took about 20 minutes and the receptionist is singing during that (name is Sanjay Rama) i booked extra night with letsbookhotel.com but the hotel did not accept the confirmation letter and charged me the full price for that night so i have been charged twice. Spa is poor. hotel is noisy as the live music in the bar is played loudly so u can hear it from rooms little creaters is every where even in the rooms.
