The staff were extrodinarily helpful, especially when my partner needed to attend a hospital and even used one of the staff's cars to take us there. The entire island is a maximum of a little over an hours drive and the taxi stays with you for the day - about £40. The watersports, beaches everything about the island and our stay was amazing. The hotels food and entertainments, spa and staff were excellent.

Breakfast was good and location close to beach and buses to Port Louis. Supermarket in the basement with great selection. Location is just perfect. Right at the middle of the commercial complex and next to the beach. Also casela nature park is just minutes away.... Also loved the live music and dinner Its like a boutique hotel and i like it a lot. The staff team are very friendly and the hotel is strategically located in Flic en Flac, close to restaurants, markets and several tour operators. The beach is a couple of meters away... Just across the street. Its a stone throw away from the beach ans shopping facilities, staff is friendly, also family friendly and it is has a gym. Very friendly and supportive staff. Varied food from Indian or Chineese cuisine. I loved the staff, the management, location and food. Very friendly staff willing to help at all times. Very friendly and helpful staff. The decor...very good taste. Friendly service. The mattress was very firm, a delight for my partner and a sore neck for me. Night club nearby was a bit noisy and also one night when they had a wedding party at the hotel. Nothing as such ... not great view from the room that I got .... otherwise nothing. The breakfast is very simple, don't expect big variety or sophistication like the fancy resorts. Don't consider use the swimming pool it's pretty disappointing take advantage of beach just meters away. the bath(shower) water was not hot. Not allowing non-hotel residents to enter accompanied in the rooms. Although probably they do it for safety, these things happen.. I found that the hot water was not hot enough. I always showered with the hot water on full (no cold water) but it was still too cold for my liking. Gym too hot Buffet trays were often empty and not appealing. Hot water does not appear to be available if you plan to get up early (6am) and shower/bath.
