The pool was always packed,always didn't hav pool towels,the free breakfast was the same menu both days,there was no spa n I feel the housekeeping should do a better job in keeping the rooms clean. The room price change at the hotel counter. I had book with rm449++ excluded tax. 6% govt tax + 10% tax should be rm520++. But I have to pay for rm550++. The room price change to rm278 per night. 1) Breakfast 2) bedroom facing carpark 3) information counter not enough staff. car park problem. the food were so limited....no choices of varieties. wild bird and lack of parking space. the room have no balcony and the windows can't be open as well. no seaside feeling at all inside the room. A/c doesnt work as well rome 406 and electric also had problem and I chose from website big room when we riced there they tooled key for small room but finally they changed. Internet service very bad even though we paid rm33 per day. Other hotel no need to pay for internet. No kettle jug in the room. Ask extra towel also no respond from housekeeping. The room is in dire needs of refurbishment and the air-cond is not working properly because we feel like being in sauna whenever we are in the room. 1. Parking is so tough especially when you go out and return to the hotel. 2. We were queueing to check in. When they opened another counter, there was no order in guest checking in. It does not look like a 4 star hotel. The rooms were quiet untidy with bedding being dirty. We had our air conditioner leaking. Too chaotic all around. The tv room very bad satelite, hair drye not working , toilet flush not working, aircond water fall in to the room and not enough parking. Only 1 lift in the hotel. Room is relatively run down ...to my surprise at the price indicated. Lift not working, only 2 big towels provided in the room- requested extra but not available, No pool towel provided at poolside, front office staffs are not friendly. The hotel has seen better days. The owners should spend some money to refurbished the rooms and keep it on par with others like Thistle or Avillion. It has the potential given the location and good seaside offerings. Housekeeping needs to be on top of their game as it took them an hour to get us some basic toiletries. The room got rat...really scary. 1. The price is bloody expensive for a room with nasty toilet. Badly- kept toilet. 2. The breakfast spread was very bad. Choices of food were terrible. Nasi lemak, porridge, one type of bread and jam, cold bland sausages, tasteless omelettes, is that all u can offer? I regret the extra rm26 i paid to let my mom eat. Not worth it at all. DEFINATELY NOT GOING AGAIN AND WILL WARN FRIENDS AND FAMILIES NOT TO EVER COME TO CORUS PD.
