The staffs are very helpful, especially ms Anne. The hotel is strategically located near the food centre and many store. This is the best economic hotel if you want to go to quill orthopaedic hospital or one utama shopping mall. Good location. Only 7 minutes walk to One Utama shopping mall. The bus from LCCT to 1Utama pass by the hotel. Coffee shop is downstairs and 7Eleven next door. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Some rooms are too small. It is better to choose the larger room. other than 1Utama, it's not convenient to move around because the nearest Comuter Kelana Jaya station is RM9 tax farei away. exterior, stairwell, elevator. bathroom door cant close properly but still ok if u travel with close friends or family. Rooms had a smoking after smell from previous guest and not refreshed by housekeeping. Although Wifi was fast, network is quite unstable causing internet connection to cut off at times and cable TV to cut off in the middle of a show. Noises at the corridor and neighbouring rooms can be heard loud and clear. The bathroom glass door has a little gap underneath and water flow out of the bathroom when one is having shower. There is a step outside the bathroom and may be dangerous if it's slippery or if one is not careful. The bathroom face the room hence if one is having shower with the lights on, the rest who are sleeping may find it glaring as the light from the bathroom shines through the glass door and directly hits the room. Not many walkable commercial buildings around. - can smell cigarette smoke seeping into the room. Dusty at some point. Cold tiles room flooring. Problematic to reach by public transport. The room is quite small. The hotel wall are rather thin. Can hear sound from the corridor and the noisy motorcycles along the streets. Unfortunately the hotel is close to a mosque and the 5am morning prayer woke me up and the smell of cooking from coffee shop permeated into the room. small room and very limited space for big family. Very noisy at night. Can hear outside indian music and people talking. Room no sound proof, lift mulfunction, lift no air-corn/ fan. The noices till the wee hours are disgusting and annoying. There was a huge cockroach in the room. Cockroach can be seen crawling in the elevator/lift as well. a bit smaller than expected. The photo gives the impression it's a block when actually it's only a small part of it. Taxis and public transport is a major problem, not many around. You either have to hire a car or to prearrange for taxis. No free shuttle to 1U, poor soundproofing (heard the water system sound whole night), frosted-glass toilet door not suitable for shy people, can smell the smoke from next door, some female staff not friendly. Room too small..... The room have some cockcroaches and the shower cord from the bathroom was leakage. Sound proof.
