The pools. The restaurant food. The fact that we had the flexibility of getting a room that allowed 3 people rather than pay an arm and leg for an additional adult. The reception was friendly and inviting. nice sea view from the balcony, hotel is located in quite area. Lovely swimming pool with just few visitors. Quite comfortable room. lots of facilities. Nice cafe almost at next door.
all reviews » It is away from busy area ( city area). Entertain ourselve with the beach scenery/ landscape view and little bits quite for sound of traffics etc. It is good to relax our mind. good value for money for a spacious room. Prayer mate provided in room so no hassle to request for one. Another plus is sarong provided which was unique to me. Keep it up. The service offered by the staff is excellent. The room is spacious for the price that we are paying. It's not too far away from town and it's near the beach. The room is very spacious and clean. The pool is wide and even have different depth-sections. The location next to the beach is just marvelous!. Suit very spacious, huge balcony, fast check in +out and helpful staffs.breakfast ok. The reason why I stay there was I thought it is a 5 star hotel being by the sea. I don't think I will stay there again. Not because I dislike the hotel but it it too old. Hotel was very nice, staff very helpful. Nice swimming pool, gym and very easy to walk along the beach from the hotel. The room was very spacious. Normal amenities available and also prayer mat for muslims already in the room. food was very good, if u can add more breakfast buffet it was very good. It was a hassle having to get the towels from the gym and return back to the gym before returning to the rooms. Not to mention having to walk past the restaurant to get to the pools. Was mindful of making sure that we got back before people started coming down for dinner service. hotel is a bit isolated. to get to the city center you`d better take taxi. there is no beach just sea shore that is a bit polluted. breakfast could be richer. sometine others are allowed to park their cars at the parking allocated at entrance Lobby. none. The airconditioning seems a little bit off as it can be quite hot at night. But if you are not too bothered by it, then the stay would be wonderful. The lack of towel/clothes rack/hooks in the room since those in the bathroom are not adequate. Perhaps you would consider this to avoid guests hanging their damp towels/clothes on the arm/back of the chairs and spoil the furniture. Aircon not working in the livingroom but fan was provided. Balcony not very safe for children to play around without adult supervision. Bathroom too small(plus size person may have difficulty to move around). None. A little bit of mistake by reception staff during check-in. Room key card couldn't functi on. Had to go back all the counter to get it pre-authorised. using bath tab. Unfortunately i counldn`t find any. Toilet have to change new esp bath tab & toilet. Some parts of the structure needs a renewal. The hotel a bit rundown but overall was alright. Old and broken toilet facilities. Unstable WIFI, and room was not cleaned properly. I stayed in a room on the 7th floor and the toilet could not flush properly. Even though the staff tried to repair it 3X it still did not work. Far from town and food outlet and need own transport. Breakfast could have been improved with more western chouces.There is a bar built in the middle of the pool but it is not functional. Pool are not clean with lot of dead leaves.Only two pool towels are provided for every room even you request an additional for your little one.What a pity!. Low internet connection for the room, need to improve. Thought paymeny were purchased through letsbookhotel.com but didn't know we had to pay only when we get there. Kinda threw away my budget. 1) The buffet breakfast menu could be improved 2) Internet in the room was unstable. swimming pool not clean and small. Swimming pool. The aircon really need to service & wifi need to improve. Nothing. Bar in the middle of the swimming pool is not operational. None. Cant go to beach due to some events like weddings overcrowding the hallway. None. no coment. location. Need to made some renewation. TV really not nice :-). Aircon was not cooling. Car park - no reservation for hotel guest. Please see the What did you like? box. A little to far out of Miri town centre. Hotel ran a mini bus, but not so good timing. Main buses outside the hotel to Miri bus station, at RM 1 er trip. Taxies from town to hotel cost RM15. The toilet was old. In need of some renovations. the tree getting tall, my room was 318 with seaview, but i only saw tree view. =(.
