  The facilities in the room like 5 stars hotel. The shower and bathtub in the bathroom are so impressive. All staff are very friendly. The room service staff who is wearing badge number 17 also very nice spoken to me. The Fine Dining Restaurant also has excellent menu especially Western food. The television also had many channels and the reception for all the channels was clear. The breakfast was also ala-carte so this saved us from eating too much. There was also a sofa that could be turned into a flat mattress. The hotel is also located near some halal restaurants but you do have to use a car to reach all these places.

Have swimming pool, sauna, steam room,gym, etc breakfast also not bad, recommend to group friends or family to stay here. =) - the staff is very helpful and attentive, from the reception to dave, the front line staff. i like the location. enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast and lunch.

  I stayed here when I had a sportive event which was held nearby. Here are a few positive things I would like to share:- 1) Staff - The moment you step in the staff are extremely helpful 2) Bike Storage :- They have a huge secure carpark to store your bikes which I love 3) Food Map :- ask for food map ! They will assist you in finding the best foo... what people say » d in Ipoh ! 4) Room Size: I've booked the room without window but the room was spacious and most importantly clean . ! - It's great value for money. Rooms are clean and perfectly adequate. Parking facilities available. 7-11 right next door and Pusing Seafood Restaurant just behind the hotel. Breakfast at the cafe was surprisingly nice. Didn't expect such a quaint cafe in a hotel like this. Ladies at the reception were very helpful in giving out directions to places of visit.
