Location initially hard to locate but ultimately we love the quiet environment. Room is simple but bedding very comfortable. Toilet facilities good -shower excellent. Parking was ample. Reasonble prize and comfortable. Clean Rooms, Good Service. Location and fair. quite comfortable. i like room. Comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Water is available to refill which is good.

The price show in letsbookhotel.com is not we paid when we check in because of much duty tax.So should be take in touch about this problem.Then,for coffee corner,not so much. the tv channel not clear/good. the parking is limited & others parking need to put coupon which for travellers a little bit hard to found the coupon & the hotel should provide this. the sink tab not in good condition. The wardrobe need to be replaced as there are clear evident of termites infestation and the mattress wasn't change since day 1. Noisy Karaoke bars around the corner. No satellite TV/English speaking channels. No lift provided, bathroom the shower water pressure very slow n less water. Have to improve the shower head. Location of the hotel not good, too hard to get there. 1) Have a pillar in the center of room which is very awkward. 2) Air-Cond is not cold. 3) We stay for 2 days, hotel just provide 1 small bottle mineral water. 4) No coffee / tea provided. 5) Bed is lousy. Air-conditioner not mounted in right position. Room unable to be cool. No credit card payment but demand cash payment on the spot of registration! An ironically 3-star hotel with no tea bag and coffee bag in the room. A very slow cooling down old-fashioned air-conditioner keep you sweating for the whole afternoon. the toilet flashing very noisy on very flash. very disturbing especially at night.No replenish of toilet rolls & clean up of room next day. . One young staff said he will sell our room if we are unable to arrive and check in before 6pm. I told him we will go to the hotel for sure, but it was traffic jam at that time. He was really not friendly. room quite small, utility not well equip, toilet shower not friendly type. Room services. very disappoint me , very rude is treating the visitor, can't get the room you want. there is no solution offer. never want to stay at this hotel. not recommended anybody to stay here. The hotel is under renovation and everything in mess. The room is quite old and not as expected from the picture i have seen. The shower is broken and no hot water available. Very poor maintenance on room facilities, malfunction water taip, shower and air-cond control. Dirty toilet and room, full of dust in the room. Further more, the bed is full of fleas and dustmite. Air cond compressor just beside the windows, annoying and noisy. No lift to rooms. service very bad and no facilities. Customer Service is extremely poor!!!! I won't be coming back. Almost everything.
