The room is clean. Value for money and friendly staff who is enthusiastic to explain Malacca route to me, teach me where to take bus and tell me where to eat.

the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Located at town area but quiet at night. The food nearby is nice and economy. Water supply in the room is good. Drinking water is abundantly supplied.
The staff was helpfull, despite the fact that their english was bad! Room was big and the location of the hotel was good.
Stay at the very strategy location, it's just 4 minutes walk from Hotel to many famous place in Melaka.

Its not worth the price,very poor condition.Towels were torn,toilet were
quite bad,very large piles were running thru the whole room,toilet door
was broken,no water hose.Really wonder how this could been in

The poor wifi coverage, I can't receive it in level 3.
Wifi not stable...
No lift, very tired if the rooms in level 3 or 4.not enough hooks to hang clothing, pillow and mattress hard. none.
The glass in the room is not clean, there are residue of cigar ash on it, recommend to bring own container.
The english level of the staff.
The room is a bit old then we felt unsafe some way. NO PRIVATE CAR PARK.
