Staffs at the reception and bell service were helpfull and customer oriented. Assist with road directions and service with smiles. Rooms are clean as housekeeping did a fantastic job except have to wait for 11/2 days to get an iron & board. Waterpark fantastic and the childrens love it..will come back again. My kids Love the waterpark! Room was clean & most of the items in room are new. Friendly & helpful staff. Saw the shuttle service to nearest shopping malls n city centre but didnt get to try it due to our short stay. Will try it next time.
all reviews » - My kids love the small water park and suitable for a shot holiday break - The staff was very helpful and gave immediate assistant when my 5 yrs old daughter stung by a small bee at the swimming pool (still puzzle where the bee came from). I like d places so much first time i step in to d room im for in love with d room n d places for my kids to play was good...my kids love d water theme park....i will come again next year. I like the water park but still I find it not big enough,the water park should be extend. The place should equip with karaoke lounge or private room for karaoke. 1.The friendly staffs, that willing help us/visitor at any time. 2. the hotel provide wheelchair for the visitor who want to use it. 1. For a swimming pool with slides, there should be a lifeguard on duty for safety. -What is the point of issuing wristbands to use the pools when there are nobody checking? There wasnt even a gantry to screen only those with wristbands(guests only) to enter. Safety & Security should be stepped up. Improvement needed on the check out service - The bell boy never showed up and we waited for almost 30 minutes (being informed to wait only for 15 minutes) - The lift is too small and not enough. Have to wait again for another 30 minutes to go down from 10th floor to ground floor on the checking out day. I don't like the room service which I find it very very slow upon asking for something such as towels and tissues box which we call at 10:00am till 20:00hrs the items still not delivered to us yet we need to go counters and ask for it but end up no towel and tissues. 1. the toilet condition in the water park. 2.Please at least get one lifeguard on duty. 3. Prepare more chair for the parent to seat while watching their kids play in the water park. 4. in tine of pick hour, please provide more staff at reservation counter. 5. in Aprt with 2 bedroom, there is no shampoo has been provided in the toiletries pack. 1. I travel with parents and a sister (4 of us).letsbookhotel.com states the 2-bedroom apartment consist of 1 double bed and 2 single beds. unfortunately, the hotel staff informed me the 2-bedroom apartments only have 2 double beds; no 2 single beds as stated. Seems is a water park resort, i suggest hotel should provide us a clothes hanger at balcony to dry the swim suit or wet clothes. when first get in to the room . the houskeeping didnt cleanning the house really well. We booked the hotel bcos there is shuttle bus facility. We did call to pre-book the shuttle bus and on the line, we were assured that we can get the bus. However, when we checked in, it turns up to be all fully booked and we had to make our own arrangement for it. Dissappointed. the lifts are too small the lifts are slow. 1. Lousy games room, should have been free for guests. 2. pool water too cool. Should have consider for younger kids. No microwave & jacuzzi in the room. No lifeguard on duty at the water theme park. Some of the facilities at the games centre are out of service. The location of the hotel is isolated. 1) limited elevator 2) staff also sharing the same elevator. Too far fr city...nearest have not much choices for dinner... Block B no wifi Breakfast very poor. Fridge not working well. No utensils in kitchen like microwave spoons fork etc. No remote control for tv nor extra pillows. Crowded breakfast. Need another way to the swimming pool - avoid reception counter. Such a big hotel but not enough staff. I was asked to checkin without housekeeping room! The operator was no one answer, the pool was dirty can even see spits on the surface!. 1. Need to stand one hour to check in. 2. After get to the reception, the room was not ready although it is already 530pm. 3. After get the card key, room cant be open. Need to run back to reception. Only can enter room around 650 to 700pm. 4. While queuing, one of the customer complaint and shout to the reception, the receptionist shout back to the customer. 5. Highly discourage people to come here.
