Like the hotel, the room is big with 2 queen sized bed which is very good for family with young children; besides that, shuttle bus to airport is available at RM6/trip and there is a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Free wifi is working well too and the hotel even allow us to check in early at 10am when we arrived, willy appreciate that. The room, lobby and restaurant were very very clean..Also provide transport to the airport and city centre with reasonable price compare to taking the taxi.

The other connecting room does not have window. Too much mirrors reflecting on bed. -the gap between the washroom/bathroom's door and the wall -no window in the room -the air-con is too cold. Quite far from township. Regarding the gymnasium I think can be improved. swimming pool is not clean. Nothing. 5th floor ... smell of smoke...but the room is non smoking room!!. After midnight hard to get food. Have to go to town. Cashier was cloudy in the morning at check out. Dischange and register a bit slow. And can not give the room i have request. End up have to wait and change rooms. No comment. The hotel lacked character The staff were not the most enthusiastic with their service The hotel was a little far from Kuching centre and the Waterfront. Nothing to do there! Shopping centre is very bad. Staff is not helpful, in times quite rude.. 1) The receiption staff is not friendly, always pulled long face when attending us. 2) Breakfast is everyday the same 3) Aircond temperature cannot be adjusted. Too cool. We even didnt turn on the aircond during the four nights stay. 4) The exhaust fan in the toilet is out of order and there is some bad smell from the drain near the toilet bowl. - they charge me normal rate instead of price at letsbookhotel.com. limited choices of food for breakfast.Coffee quality should be improved too!. The Toilet is not totally in working. Guest were informed about water disruptions but not kept up to date on when water was restored. Didn't have water for a night and for the next two days, no hot water pressure (hence no hot water). No apologies or explanations. Poor!.
