I enjoyed my stay here as the environment is quite pleasing and enjoyable. It was during during fasting month and they served breakfast early for sahur. The food is good enough to my taste. The room is good and beautiful. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Clean ,new hotel,friendly staff,free wifi available in room.fridge n tea making facilities available n in good condition.hot water shower available throughout the whole day n night.quiet environment.

The hotel is new, the room is very very clean. The river view behind the hotel is beautiful. The location is strategic as we can walk to the attraction nearby. Value for money. Family room is big and airy with river and street view. Staff is good and friendly but not all. Generally liked our 1-night stay. Parked car free just outside the hotel entrance on a Sat evening - Sunday. the view from my room, nice to see pahang river and sunrise from the room in the morning, so natural. The room is spacious. Newly renovate with 4 stars room interior concept. Friendly staff and helpful. clean environment..the toilet is clean and the best part of all, the staff is friendly. Counter staff friendly. Never park under the trees in front of the hotel at nite coz by morning your car is full of birds droppings (no wonder the parking is always empty right in front of the hotel), refrigerator not working, no bedside lights. They allocate me a family room full of cigarette smell despite I have requested non smoking room when booking online. Anyway they change the room for me immediately upon my complaint. Booked online for double room but was told on checking in that only twin room was left as I didn't specify this in special request box. Sorted this through another rate charged. the breakfast menu so limited. need more improvement on the menu variety. The breakfast buffet not much variety and taste fairly only. But overall the hotel is excellent. parking area at the back of the hotel seems to be a bit dangerous especially if you've kids tagging along but there's a security guard. The passengers lifts are too small. Car park along the frontal is not advisable due to bird droppings. The way that need to drive in the hotel. Need to have a sign at the enterance will be good. Rm50 for extra bed which doesnt come with breakfast coupon. Car park is at the back alley. Doesnt feel save to walk back to the hotel at night. Safe was locked. The room is not sound-proof. (Kids during school holiday from other rooms making noise). Air-con is not cold enough. Heater in bathroom is not working. Breakfast is not as good as KL Sentral Hotel. bathrooms are worst nightmare as the depleting conditing specially in the shower. Not enough coffee/tea refreshments for family room. Linen and bed sheets were heavily used and worn out. Too noisy as it close to road side. carpark. The room I stayed was not very clean. There were little bugs inside the information sheets crawling about. 1) washroom fair no maintenance 2) air-con not cool 3) food so~so not special. Towel smelly and dirty, can found the hair stick on it. I asked non-smoking room, but got a cigarette smell and found an ash tray on the table. WiFi signal ok but email server has poor capacity. I was asked to pay 30% more money during check in so that I could get my requested twin beds. Although I protested, but out of desperation, I agreed. This is the major turn off. I will not return. Other dislikes: newly renovated room with old towels good for the mop, faulty hot showers. Wifi is slow. Location is quite off from main shopping malls. Price is expensive. lift too small room small no view dirty and worn out carpet. 1）脏，浴室没有清理干净，睡床旁还有使用过的棉花没有收拾掉。 2）柜台人员很不专业，我在6am check out，收据上Deposit已经写了RM50，他竟然看不懂，还要打电话问很久，耽误了我到林明山看日出- 的时机，也没有感到抱歉，唉。。。. It's not worth the price as it is too expensive. The tax was 16% as I didn't realize when I booked it I was really disappointed.
