Hotel is very centrally located and only walking distance from banks, resturants as well as bus and taxi stand. The must visit Payang market where souveniors, batik and handcrafts are sold, is also nerby. For muslims, the 200 year old mosque of which can accomodate 2500 people is only 100 meters away. Budget hotel, good location in the middle of everything, even paying for summon for your parking are within walking distance. Near Pasar Payang, China Town Friendly staff.

We are staying at family room (Suite). 1st day given 2nd floor. The room is big, but no window. 2nd day given 1st floor with window room, but the room is too small. It is near to the airport. cheap price. No lift and is quite cumbersome for the elderly to climb up the stairs.Also the reception area is pretty small and crammed. No Parking Hotel could be noise Did not make/ clean room No refrigerator to keep "Keropok" that are famous Food stalls accross the street are very expensive. No lift..but its ok. The social area on the first floor could do with some improvement. Bathroom sink stinky. No lift. Dust on surfaces above eye level of average Malaysian (I'm quite tall). Curtains could use washing. There's no lift in the 3-storey hotel. Imagine the difficulty to lug heavy baggages up and down the stairs. No elevator. At night, there is no shopping mall nearby. Only 7-11 available. The is no telephone in the room. There is no variety choice of food in town. The journey from Pulau Redang to Kuala Terengganu as some of us have seasick. The pregnant girl staf not friendly. She at receptions. House keeping can be done better. no lift. The hotel is too small that the movement in the room is so limited, even to perform prayers. Too few rooms. no elevator. no elevator. no escalator/lift, limited tv channel. Nothing bad. the iron place is not comfortable. No fan provided (very warm there) and no place to hang the clothes. The rooms could be cleaner, it is a basic-hotel just good for one or two nights. so small and the AC not cold. can hear noise from other room. no lift. The outlet from the wash basin was leaking very badly!!!. Facilities. they should remove the 'key tag' to use the iron. its ridiculous!. Suite room (Family room) without window, and the room and bed really need to be refurbished. No Elevator, you have to carry all your heavy luggage alone through stairs. No luggage left service. If you want to left your luggage, just put it at the small lobby, and take it when you returned. No receipt given. A lot of Mosquitoes in the room. No Elevator, Old Bedding, Old towel. No Bell boy to help carrying your luggage. The restroom is not clean enough. no window and too small space. Don't like their staff. Not well trained to assists customer.
