The hotel features a triple split-level car park at basement level and the lobby, reception, coffee house and Piano Bistro are on the ground floor. The administration office and conference room are located on the first floor, whilst the Chinese Restaurant occupies the 2nd floor. All rooms are located from the 4th floor upwards and are accessible via 2 modern lifts.

Pretty decent though I didnt experience much interaction with the hotelstaff. I got all that I was promised. The people were very nice; great breakfast, good access to transportation.Hotel staff helpful and polite.Free basement car park with cctv andsecurity. Nearby with Jalan T.A.R for shopping.The Price is reasonable. The hotel was within walkable distance to the Railway station, Bus stop and the market area. all reviews »
The location of the hotel was at a road that was conjested with trafficduring the rush hour period so dont expect taxis to drop you right toyour hotel, an alternative would be using the monorail and lrt which ispretty reliable. Lobby and cafe crowded.The hotel needs major renovation. Staff at the cafe failed to replace those food items that ran out although there are guests still coming for breakfast and still have about 20 minutes before end of breakfast. the rooms need to be pest controlled and the carpets to be changed as they stink. the breaskfast was late and not frech, we dit not eat anything but coffe.
