We had a great time there even though we stayed for a short while. Experience was great. We liked the property, facilities, rooms, location and staff courteousness. Nice big apartment, friendly staff, great location in a residential suburb. Customer service, quick responding n polite. The room was comfortable and spacious. Would be good if yr staff checked all electrical goods n lightings are working before guests check in. Very inconvenient in kl's hot weather to sleep in non air con room. 2) the master bedroom toilet bowl was filthy! Very bad stains 3) spotted tiny silver fish insect scurrying across the bedroom 2 single bed when i picked up the quilt to fluff the quilt. 4) wifi connection is very poor n way too slow. Some appliances didn't work but that said, staff very quickly replaced these. Sometimes, you have to wait more than 30 minutes awaiting for taxi. sauna and gym a little remote. None. We did not see 'Kibla" directions in the rooms. Nor, did we get guidance from the staff for the directions. Enabling this small expectation, will make a huge difference. Not full service, ie they didnt clean everyday. Need a car to get around. The playground for the kids,. Its quite dissapoiting that the hotel does not 1) have the direction of the 'kiblat' in the room 2) does not have a prayer mat when requested & 3) the room is only 'make up' on alternate days. I stayed at the nomad sucassa near KLCC twice before with no such problems. Relatively expensive, fair cleanliness. cleaning weekly thrice not enough. I suggest daily cleaning. The floors in bedrooms were dusty, and microwave was dirty inside with bits of food from last occupant. Bed sheets are dirty. TV in master bedroom was not working. Split AD's were dirty. Dust allover the floor. Cleaning was poor. Kitchen garbage was not removed for three days. Service desk was sometimes empty. Smell cooking in the corridors. Always suffering to get taxi to take you anywhere. Room floor was dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. TV at master bedroom received no signals. Kitchen garbage was not removed for three consecutive days. sometimes the service desk was empty (no employee). Smell cokking in the corridors. Not easy to get a taxi from the hotel area.
