Location is quite convenient to move around KL city. Shopping, eateries and transportations are within easy access. On room housekeeping service, though may be lacking at times, both operation manager, Daisy and the housekeeper supervisor, Al...(sorry did not get his full name)have been most helpful and accommodating to our room needs during the stay period. Overall, the room stay are very good and pleasant. Good value for family of 3 adults and 2 children.

As you know I have booked stander room but when I reach I didnot like the room . And I request the office (aldhuof) to change my room . The amount which I got it on booking was 170 Ring . After I change my room to other similar they charge me 475 ringa for one night and thenI asked them to change my room becz it sso expensive . Again they gave me other room for 300 ringa . Actually my badget was 170 according to my booking thru booking .com and I paid the trouble . I requested them to cancel. The hotel is in city center and near from Metro and shopping centers. The one in charge in 3019 east is friendly. Location. nothing. No central location to check-in/out of room. Also, not advised on need to call a number listed in booking for the check in. Though room is clean and comfortable for stay, it could be better if some furniture/fixtures are fixed or replaced with new ones. Housekeeping service seems slightly below average. - irregular Hours. E.g. late morning on one day, late evening 7pm on another. - towels replaced may be short in number at times but resolved with a call. 1. There were cockroaches in the rooms when we checked in. Cockroaches were in the fridge, around the rooms on the walls and one on my bed!. The advertisement must be corrected about the bed tht provided. Bed and cupboard space too small. got a blue black cos knock onto bedside while walking pass the cupboard. Nothing. The toilet bowl choke. the toilet door handle is spoilt.. The toilet and water heater was not functioning well. The extra mattresses were not covered with bed sheets. No extra blankets for those sleeping on the extra mattresses. 1st day we got room full of cockroach.move to another room the 2nd day. Everything. Not entitle for housekeeping or room service since it is a private unit. Need to improve on cleanliness. Breakfast should be included with the price paid for or prepare better cutlery for people who stayed. when the water was turned on its flood of water on the floor and make getting floods. I hate the staff !! to enter the apt basically u need to have pass and they wont let u in or out without it, takes forever to meet the person incharge, they were not serious, told us 5 mins but only arrived after more than 20mins, no sofa in the lobby so uve to stand while waiting ... I wont bother coming here at all anymore... Ive travelled all over the world and letsbookhotel.com knows about it but they think I want to run and cant afford to pay rm 185. No service at all.. No room service.. No housekeeping.. No phone in the apartment.. Towels were not in the apartment when we arrived.. Only 1 lift n room access card given.. We are a group of 6 people.. Makes it difficult for us.. Waited almost 1 hour to get the towels from housekeeping.. Not recomended.. Muslim shower not in the room. Iron missing in the room,which was provided later. Poor guest services as everything rely on 1 lady agent. She's very nice but a better guest services desk could've been provided for check-in & check-out. Kids and I (8 months pregnant) waited for a long time for things to be sorted out at the lobby. Services provided by the invister. the room that id stay not really clean and d interior was so out dated..and its smelly too. Not clean, no services. The service is the worst... Unit not that clean. Bad room service and ketchen no elecrical heater for cooking. Tv too old, no sound, hot water malfunction. very rundown rooms. -no proper check-in and check-out (no desk), as I understand it is private business. I need to wait for about half and hour or so to check-in. - the carpet is dirty - the bathroom is not well maintain. - no hot water,and the floor is always wet because of water leakage - in the website state 3 twin beds, but only to find out there were only 2 twin beds. - the bedsheets are not that clean and neat. - not going to stay here anymore. Worse service apartment i ever stay. the room i stay have piping problem in toilet and i find some one burn joss sticks in the bath room :-(. The room is dirty.. And we just like to checkout in the 1st step when entering the toilet.. I feel they decieved us by charging us more and taking 16% also I apaid about 2200 ringa which I suppost to pay about 1000 ringa only. I hade appartment and one of the rooms the Air condition not working and not fixed while I have informed the service more than 4 times aday and childern was sleeping in Lounge and the sofa was derty and poor service all this due to handling the rent of these appartment to another dealer( sub contract) called Al-Deiafah. Nothing is good with this so called 5 star hotel, the room is dirty, air cond not working, toilet lock spoilt, the wooden bed make my family always kick on it, the swimming pool's water so cold, cannot swim, the main door lock spoilt. In summary, terrible!. The clening of the room. everything. bad hotel at oal you shold not bat in booking com. No complimentary drink, coffee, tea...upon my arrival I hv to wait n hour for the staff to pick me up n checking out I waited an hour for them to return my deposit...no shampoo, bathing soap, hand soap....never change towel on my 2nd day stay..inconvenient for guest to come up, as the security not tht friendly... I hv to come up n down to pick n send them out.
