The hotel is in a very good location 3 minutes to Monorail. The staff were quite freindly. At the first night there some cockroaches in my room. I asked the reception, they have changed my room with a room which was 2-3 times more expensive than mine. So please dont be shy!!. Good location and good view! The room was fairly clean, comfortableand functional. Buffet breakfast had good rice and reasonableselection. :) We enjoyed our stay, it was all comfortable and mostlyfair value for money.all reviews »
I love our room.Right from our room, I can view intresting part of thecity.The hospitality was okey. Infact I will stay at the hotel any othertime I am in Kuala Lumpur. easy to shop around and very convenient location. Its surounding of hawker fares and cheap food. Near to a monorail station - a cheaper travelling mode to major
shopping complexes. convenient to get local food outside. I enjoyed the restaurant services very well, both the staff and menu. The rooms was big and spacious, very affordable.comfortable stay value for money. Friendly staff. near traditional market, easy to buy. near to the chowkit monorail station.good, location - in the town center. The hotel is cheap, the location and the view are great!!!. a transportation frm klia to hotel v.v. The only nice thing was the view from my room. You could see the Petronas Towers and KL Tower. But I am sure there are many other hotels with similar or even better view.Near to Night Market and Good food during breakfast. very dirty and very bad. The hotel is a little bit old and in some rooms there are some tiny cockroaches. The breakfast is not taste of western travelleres. We did get very sick that night, 8 to 10 hours after breakfast, but ofcourse we can't be sure of the cause. No bugs appeared in our room butthere was the odd small cockroach in the dining room. (Having dinner theprevious evening in the same 17th-floor poolside-side eatery wasenjoyable, but being charged 5rm for an extra plate of plain rice tookthe edge off the otherwise good value.). Yes,the room we first stayed,we often see cocroaches and the toilet tothat room was bad. upon my arrival the front desk staff keep on telling me that my booking was not confirmed though I showed them the print out from my email sent by booking.com.Dim Lights. Poor lightings in the room. the buffet breakfast. i suggest that you should include in your menu foods also for tourists and not mainly for indians and arabs. Mostly of the foods are very spicy. You should also consider the nationality of other guests.despite verification of my credit card, I was asked to settle my bill in cash and I had to find to ATM nearby. The service was slow, supplies like toilet paper have to be asked.surroundings with many street shops and no place to get in. It was dated and needs renovation. Smelt smoky. On the next question i would recommend as a good budget hotel. too old hotel, and like dirty cause near traditional market. most taxies are not familiar to the hotel.All the bugs in the room!!!. Staff was not too friendly and efficient. Room quality was very poor, and overall, the hotel needs urgent renovation. The location was not exceptional either - there was one small market close by which made the streets far too crowded, polluted and smelly.Service - Complaint about hot water kettle not working, no body turn upuntil check Out. the hotel was a bit old. not worth the price even at 145 ringgit. bad place. not accesible.every part of the room is very dirty, the corridor has an odour smell.
