The layout, decor and design of the hotel are very sleek, modern & contemporary. I loved it. The rooms are quite nice and the bed is comfy. My son was in internet haven as is said the speed of the internet was very good. Loved the infinity pool on the roof along with the roof bar. The location couldn’t be better. It right across the road from KL Sentral witch is a transportation hub and right around the corner from the monorail station. We loved it and ended up staying there on 2 sep.
all reviews » -The staff is unbelievably friendly. -The hotel facilities are brand new and everything that you see have a purpose to be there. -The breakfast has a lot of choices and the design is unusual. -On the roof have a awesome pool with a really nice day/night bar. -Everything is provided in the room, you dont need to bring you personal bathroom things. -The room that we stay had a huge double bed, a 32" flat tv, huge bathroom, etc... -Everything was perfect... -Cross the street and you are in KL Sent. Everything! The staff are amazing, so helpful and attentive. Very clean hotel, comfy bed, great shower. Free access to Computers and printer. Amazing roof top pool and bar. Loads of free extras - juice downstairs, welcome treats, half price dinner (we joined as SPG members for free and got 50% off), free pool table etc. Also we got breakfast included even though our booking said it wasn't included, which was great as the food was fantastic!!. very nice hotel, new openly, very helpful stuff especially a Chinese girl Janice who has helped me with direction and transportation, really appreciated her kind help. Very large room for one single person, very clean, and very nice and comfy. Great swimming pool and gym, great location, KL train station is next to the hotel, only 15 seconds or less walk, absolutely love this awesome hotel! Will definitely stay here again!. My second stay in a few weeks. Rooms are very comfortable. Location is easy to access from klia on the Espress train. Train directly into Suria shopping centre for me is a bonus, cheap and easy transport at Sentral. This time I paid my room at check in and just left my room key without the long check out process. Good plunger coffee complimentary in room as well as the usual instant and some nice tea bags. Everything! It was one of the best places I have stayed during my trip to Malaysia! the hotel is absolutely nice, modern, clean, colorful, great location (just fes steps from Sentral st.), delicious breakfast, wonderful and spacious rooms modern, neat! I loved it! Staff super friendly and helpful, super ncie swiming pool! excellent option for staying while visiting a crazy city as KL. I full recommend it!. From he moment we stepped into the hotel we were treated like VIPs! Arrived of overnight train from butterworth at 7.15am and checked in and swimming in rooftop pool by 8.15am! Room very spacious, fantastic view of towers! Breakfast buffet extensive, fantastic hotel and excellent value. Would most diff recommend and have been since we left! If flying with Malaysian Airlines can check in at Sentral too so this makes this hotel even more attractive as straight from check-out to boarding pass and rid of bags in a few metres. Everything! The pool at the roof was amazing with the view of Petronas Towers & the city. They also had a nice breakfast buffet. Definitely will stay here again & would recommend to everyone. The location of the hotel is just next to the KL Sentral Train Station. It is very convenient since there is a express airport train at the station. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They had even vounteered to drag my luggage to the train station for me. They have certainly make my stay at the hotel very pleasant. The pool is beautiful in the evening. The room was very neat and nicely designed. We really liked the small details like the hip comments on the hair dryer and on the window and the huge tv with nice channels. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends, it's worth every penny. If you like the Aloft style (design, trendy, just essentials/ minimalistic with good ambiance) this is the place! Superb!. The hotel is right next to the KL Sentral rail station, so it's convenient for getting around the city, to the airport and elsewhere. The rooftop pool and roof deck is lovely, with a scenic view. It was open until 11pm and could stay out later at the rooftop bar. Amount held against your credit card is kept for weeks and weeks after you check it. That doesn’t make any sense to me if a customer has settled their bill before leaving. Their payment machines seem to have problems as twice I tried paying with my credit card & debit card and the payment wouldn’t go through. I had to run across the road to get cash instead. -The roof bar closes at midnight... Rooms are nice but not well sound proofed, much better than other hotels I've stayed but when your neighbours alarm wakes you too it's a bit of a problem. Restaurant is not so inviting, I just looked in and kept going, more like a shopping centre food court or cafeteria, not at all what I expected in this sort of hotel. Not a thing!. No minibar, have to go downstairs to buy yourself to fill up? Long, too long to check-in at almost 1am! Far too long for check-out, stupid non-functional front desk, sure cute in design but useless and not guest friendly! So much confusion as to where to line up. Then check out process is far too long. Considering booking here in next few weeks, check-in and out problem only thing might stop me. Nothing at all. One of the restaurant staff forgot about my tea when I was there for the breakfast. As I was in a hurry, I didn't remind her and just went for the juices instead. Housekeeping woke us up at 9am. We did forget to turn on the Do Not Disturb button. But he just kept knocking. The hotel tried to charge me a different, higher (100 Ringgit more) rate than what I booked on letsbookhotel.com. Once I pointed that out, they corrected things. No idea where/how it went wrong, but be careful to check what they are charging you. Couldn't figure out how to go up in elevator! Could have been frightening if I had been in alone. As a Granny, I am not always up to date on the latest tech. Kind of far from the main attractions of the city, but the taxi services are kind of cheap, so you can use it for easy and fast ride. Unfortunately no spa would have been perfect. - maintainance should be better; even if hotel is relatively new there are some details to be fixed - noise: very thin walls and some rooms with connection door, can be very annoying depending on neighbors. All was good. 1) To go to different floors we need passes. Excellent for security but if you're staying with a big group of people, make sure everyone is on the same floor. Else it is very inconvenient. 2) No free parking. None. Weather is hot and humid. main restaurant - decor unappealing and buffets not great. the food at the restaurant the resolution of the plasma tv isn't very sharp. Nothing at all :-). A couple of very minor glitches with bar bill, understandable with such new systems. Notthing. On the first day house keeping removed the spare key from the electric fuse socket which I placed there on purpose so that the air conditioning would stay on and I would find a cool room when I get back, the second day they placed the key back. Why the heck do you remove the key on the first day if you are going to place it back on the second day. Unfortunately thin walls or noise over leaks. Could hear both room sides talking & neezing Warm water get cold & warm again when taking a shower. There are no negatives. Staff could have explained the security deposit at check in a bit more detailled. But was very helpful in regard to giving recommendations for dining and things to do in KL. I did not get the twin rooms that I had booked for and end up having to book another room. I do not know whose mistake it was; letsbookhotel.com or the hotel. That mistake cost me myr$307. modern design too minimalist for my taste. Maybe the noise of the air conditioner. The Check in/out counter design is round.....confusion while queing for checking in and out of the hotel. We leave in early morning. Staff very nice pack our breakfast, but we don't like it. Maybe the buffet breakfast would be better. Poor sound insulation between rooms. I can hear people talking and giggling from my adjoining room. Could have had better directions / location map on the website.
