The room is nice just that I did not get the correct information, I should book the studio because we travel in a big family, and I cannot extend my stay due to room was very full. thanks.
Staff there is honest. My husband left his handphone at room. We called
back to tell them and they manage to gives us back after we returned

Actually i stay with the Marina Court Resort Condominium(Promenade).
I stay at the family room and it was spacious and comfortable.

- staff doesnt tell what this apartment provide if we are not asking. eg:- access card if want to use the lift. imagine i'm temporary disable (cant walk due to accident) must use stair to 3rd floor from the basement? thank god my wife ask at the counter how to use the lift and ask to that counter boy why not tell us wether want access card for lift or not? the counter boy not giving any answer, only smile on his face.

the first impression about the hotel - slums;
all inside rather old and needs long ago updating.
1-the building is terribly old and extremely poorly maintained
2-the room service response is really slow and bad. When I tried to call them again to see why they didn't show up after 30 minutes they hang up on me repeatedly!
3-the second night there was power failure and it took them 2 hours to get it fixed
I would never think of staying in this miserable place again. .ever.
The aircondition is not worked at the first day.The floor carpet was dirty and the walls too.All of the complex is unfriendly.

I stayed in family suites room big but air–cond only one ,room not clean

i didn't like the service because when i can't pay with debit card.even i try to used 2 debit card also can't.some people some time they are not using the credit card.so deficate fpr us to go to the bank for withdrow up the money.
