I like this hotel because it is located at strategic area, near to KKIA, Tg Aru beaches and also easy access to Kota Kinabalu city center. This hotel provide shuttle service to KK City center and KKIA. I also like the greenery viewing from my bedroom windows. All the staffs are very very very nice to me and my friends, they will also try the best to meet customer's requirement! Five stars service! Thank you for all and we will always chose you upon we got the kotakinalalu ! Thank you very much!!.
all reviews » we had 2 lagguas which we. left behind on our trip to sandakan.the counter staff kindly accept to store. for us till we return.other hotels do not have this service!thanks to the kind counter staff. very closed to the airport, therefore I can be picked up and arrived at the hotel within 5 mins.hotel can arrange the free transportation to the city center, which is very convenient for us. Good choice for those who want to stay overnight due to late arrival on the day and early departure in the next morning. Free shuttle to airport is available and the staffs are kind to help. Good location for peace full vocation,help full staff,easy to ask for any help... Every thing is the best... Keep up the service to higher level... I will come back to stay there... The staff are so nice, and they can range the car send you to the downtown for free. And the location is very near the beach, and also a big snack market. Comfort room!. They provide free pick up and shuttle to the airport. The staff there are very friendly. The room is nice with a balcony... overall it is worth the money to stay there. It's quite near the airport and the Aru beach.The staffs are kindhearted for guests. If the drivers are convenient,they will take you to the port or Gaya street. Furniture and carpets are very old, and the creaking noise from air conditioners. old sanitary and furniture creaky bad badclothes and towels were not fresh mosquitos. Breakfast was too simple. mattresses are worn off, due for replacement. hot water is not consistent at the shower.TV receptions are poor ( blur & snowy ). breakfasts are served same manu daily . Internet facilitie not available in the room. only at the hotel lobby .housekeeping required to improve . the rooms looked old and need paitings and some upgradings. The rooms are old and in desperate need of restoration. This is probably under way, though. Bed and bathroom. The bed need to be change and should have a mini lounge for drinkers.
