Location is a way from tourist areas.The hotel was excellent, apart from the twin room issue. Shawer place drain slow, not all water going to the drain. The beds are really hard, beware! The rooms were very spacious but already showing signs of age. although we stayed in a non-smoking room, the room smelled of smoke and the floors smelled smoke and some floors smelled of food as well. non smoking policy didn't seem to be very effective in this hotel.Grand lobby. Carpark. does not entitle to corporate rate by booking through your website. very disapointing. Welcoming hosting with a cup of cool Ice Lemon Tea. I expect lcd tv with moree tv channels. Freezing water in the pool, even into the afternoon. Newspapers were not sent to the room, but need to be picked up at the lift area which tend to run out by the time we woke up. The good location meant that it was very popular and traffic jams are common in the area, so it takes a while before you can get into the hotel by car (granted this was peak hols Xmas period).Airconditioning in the room and a part of the carpet was perpetually wet. All rooms should have had bath tub.Rooms could be cleaner, not 5* standard. yes..i reached to check in my room at 3pm told me yet clean the room..till 4pm only i can checked in and get my rest.
