  Very nice hotel indeed. Courteous staff, beautiful building, clean room. Of course you don't expect a luxury experience at this price point, but my experience in many hotels in Cameron Highlands tells me that this one is among the upper league.   First they didn't have the room we booked, so we spend one night in room without balcony (didn't bother us at all) with discount. The right room with balcony was really spacious and clean.
