Rooms are spacious and clean. Modest facilities are given. Dining and living hall is huge and suitable for large families like us. We booked 2 apartment and situated next to each other which is great for the kids and adults to mingle around without having to run up and down. Location is great and if you have transport on your own you can practically go everywhere you want from there. Staff was accommodating to our requests as one of our night stay, there a electrical breakdown that lasted from.

My request for a lower unit was granted. Overall the apartment is quite comfortable to stay, rooms are quite clean. My request for lower floor was not considered even though i already asked for it when i booked it few month earlier. This is due to in our group we have an elderly that has difficulty climbing stairs. We were given 3rd floor which is quite high up. The entrance road was too stiff. Kind of scary to drive up when the road is wet after rain. And there was no water pipe by the toilet bowl. 1. The motor noise from along the main road. 2. Slow heating water. 3. Alot of insects, especially the ANTS. No lift, have to walk up to the apartment. No elevator. Can't cook. the flash system of toilet always out of order and wasted incoming water. most windows could not be locked properly. cloth hanger inside bathroom not enought. pls include a small knife at kitchen for cutting fruits. one way car park. No lift for elderly Not enough sugar provided in kitchen. Only provide 1 room key for 7 adults to share. No stove and gas. Kitchen door (lower level apartment) can't be locked properly. Outsider easy enter via kitchen door. - no lift. Parking lot very limited,no newspaper,limited prayer mat. Tak ada lift...agak susah jika ada anak kecil. Poor service no one help to take my bags in and out no room boy and no mine market near. Please provide more parking space as the current space was crowded. No lift. We stayed in third floor, where we have elderly, is not easy for them to climb the staircase. Secondly, the water heater not really function well. Most of the time , we have to take cold shower.
