I love to stay at vistana penang because of the room design and its cleanliness of the hotel. This make me feel very comfortable and enjoy my stay. Stay with young children also not a problem since the space was just nice for deluxe room. It was clean, really clean and the staff were really friendly. They have none-smoking floors which is convenient. Good location if you drive. The room that we stayed just renovated. So is very nice and clean.

Bathroom water pressure low, no mineral water provided in the room unless on request. 1. Air-conditioning too cold and not adjustable in the room. I had to switch and still was cold. 2. Taxifare for a short distance to Queensbay mall was high at RM25.00. 3. Took a bit to figure out the hot/cold water in the shower!. The kitchen utensils to supply for muslim and non muslim. None. parking lot smelly. spraying for pests. The hotel always fullybook when I call to make reservation, I last visit unable to book via call then I book via letsbookhotel.com. I don't know the hotel management purposely reserve some room fpor letsbookhotel.com and for walk in or ?. As a 4 * hotel, should provide ironing board & iron in the room. Should provide new TV too. the wifi signal is weak at room. hotel undergoing renovation so many facilities not available. I have booked Delux the room weeks ahead but my room was taken and they put me into an apartment. There were water leakage from bathroom ceiling to the floor all the time. One of the air conditioning is not working well. So we have to check out the following day. too far to town，enviroment no so comfort. No internet service in apartment, old furniture, room service and housekeeping poor and need to improve apartment entry. Internet connection was so unstable. no choice ,next time will find another hotel. sorry.
