Everything! From the location that near to the food stalls, night market, ATM Machines, petrol station, Hard Rock Penang, etc. The cleanliness and friendly staffs and a good hotel for small budget.
the room is clean, the bathroom is average, got choices to choose either aircond or fan depends of the weather. The aircond is cold and also the fan speed in great.

Wifi was only meant to be available in the lobby, but due to the location of our room we were able to get wifi in our rooms. Beds changed and fresh towls every day. Evening staff very friendly!.
The location was good for wandering around the town, and it's really close to the markets that set up each evening. Great for the bus stop too! Nice place, and the staff were pretty helpful.

Please change the mattress because its thin and I felt uncomfortable to sleep because of the spring. I can feel it and its hurt. And as time goes by, maybe you could consider to put an electric kettle and a mini fridge. That could be better.

Rooms small, not much space if you are staying for a long time. Day staff are abit moody. If it had not been for our room being on the first floor we would have not had wifi in the rooms. The walls are so so thin you can hear everything that is going on in the hotel!.
Wifi definitely only reliable in reception area or near the lift, didn't work in our room....but it did say it was only available in public areas, so can't complain really :).

This hotel is just okey for few days.
There was a stain on the bed sheet in the room number EQ225 so i hope your staffs can do something about it. The scenery also not so good because our room is facing the cemetery. And there was no big mirror for us.

This is not a budget hotel at all as described. Poor location and poor service.
