The hotel is on a hill, but broad steps lead up the hill and are lined with shops. The walk down to the center of town take about five minutes and a little longer going back. The hotel is new, but is it located in an old neighborhood with numerous French colonial buildings. The accommodations would cost much more in a larger and less remote place. -Bed are really comfortable. -There is all (tv, radio, fridge ecc.) -All is perfectly clean. -Fresh flowers in the room. -Beatiful panorama. - Well climatizated. -Restourant wery good. -People really kind and help you for any requirement.
all reviews » The staff is very helpful and patient. The rooms are very good, clean and comfy. This hotel is a very good value for the money and very well located. Rooms spacious, clean and with a number of ammenities not commonly found on a 3-star hotel. This is a value for money hotel and I recommend it. the rooms are fine but the ones on the street side can be noisy...although with a nice view from part of Tana. The restaurant is very good. The facilities are well-rounded that you can find everything you need in the room. u can find everything you need in the room. The hotel is located close to everything in Antananarivo. Nice staff very helpful with booking of drivers and always around.! Good for a short period, ok food in restaurant and at breakfast.. The hotel had no map of Antananarive, but I could not find a good map anywhere in the entire city. Fortunately the city is small and easy to remain oriented in, but no one could tell me how to find some of the places I was looking for including taxi drivers. For finding lemurs, Tany Mena Tours was indispensible and made the trip well worth it. Wi-fi at de begin of corridor is too far from the modem and don' t work well inside the room. Bathroom is without doors only a tent (but it is so in many place of Madagascar). The choice for the breakfast is always the same, they could change it a little bit. We have to come early because they do not fill the buffet again when it is empty, so, last come last served. :( It's a bit noisy to eat outside and the TV is always too loud. While located near downtown, it is surrounded by slum-like housing and a narrow busy street. The airport shuttle is secured by taxis contracted by the hotel, we were picked up at the airport on an old car, literally falling apart and with poor lighting and breaks. This hotel airport shuttle is a bit expensive for the local standard. The restaurant waiter and the barman were friendly and professional but had dificult in comunicating in english. the music at the bar is too loud on Thursdays and Fridays as some people get together for a drink. Sometimes, the people in bar are a bit noisy at night which you might hear some noice during sleep. sometimes. the people in the bar are making noise at night. The no doors in the bathrooms seems a bit strange... Not the nicest to share a room with the toilet.! A lot of noise from the bar in the weekend, did stop until 5 in the morning..
