It was close to the town centre, it had secure parking which was important to us and in general it met with the description on your web site. We loved it. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was located near where we were going.Staff were very helpful. Price quoted on LetsBookHotel.com was exactly as charged. However, the staff did deduct the parking fee from our final bill, because we stated that we were not told about such a fee prior. They shouldn't have to make this decision for each customer, though. No internet - but I can live without it for a couple of days!. may be it is a bit "lonely" out in the prairie, but on the other side, if not in winter this is a good position, it is not in the middle of the action, i.e. train station, which is a bad place in Lux, this one is nicely located also for the banks. It was a great experience . no complains.the front rooms are littlebit noisy the very early morning hours. No restaurants near, and a bit far from city center to walk.too far from the city centre. Parking space in front is only free during weekends. The cleaning lady accidentaly took the dirty sheets along with a small orthopaedic instrument which was on the bed. 4 days later they still haven't found it. They asked us a 50 euro deposit for the rather poor mini-bar and a 20 euro deposit each time we borrowed an umbrella from the hotel. Finally, the shower is old but does work properly.Yes, I asked for free airport shuttle, but I've got a taxi for fee instead, and staff did not notify me about that although I asked them to check whether the service was free of charge. several light switches in the room did not work, the fridge didn't either.No parking awailable. Breakfast was poor compering to the price. During my stay it smells strong from the hotel kitchen. there's no possibility to make a tea in the room. no wireless internet coverage in rooms! one has to get out in the corridor or downstairs in the lobby in odred to get online. internet was not working properly. old shower. No overhead room light. the bed blanket was too thin. Rooms to the street side noisy. There is a lots of traffic even at night. Floor in room, drawers, utensils for kitchen etc not clean. Returned at 3am, hotel card wouldn't open main door, rang bell, no sound, no-one came for about 10mn.Bathroom. I asked hotel reception to extend my stay. Got back in the evening and the hotel had my stuff removed from the room as the hotel reception did not update the computer for my extension, thus the hotel was full on my return in the evening. Looking for another hotel at 8 pm (-7 outside !) was not a pleasant experience.The booking was unknown when arriving at the hotel. Fortunately still rooms available. Rates were slightly lower than advertised on Booking. Noise from outside (road). Perhaps less noise when not having a room facing the road. We booked an extra room at arrival. One of the rooms (of our friends) stank a lot. Compensation by hotel: free tea in the bar and free parking. Too far from anywhere, road noise.Having to pay for breakfast. Also - not too keen on the self help 'kitchen' in the room; not enough blankets - bathroom clean but slightly tired. My room was very noisy (faced on the main road).Pb to enter my room: no magnetic card available!!!! - several pb inthe bathroom (shower not clean in the corner, missing door toshelf, etc ...). Very poor breakfast at an exorbitant price which was not included in the price of the room. Not working hair dryer. Rooms need refurbishment.Better turist information and the shower was broken.
