- balcony in our room (one for 2 with our neighbours) - breakfast - possibility to buy beer and tea downstairs at about 11 p.m. and fetch it into our room (or balcony, to be more exact) - free parking (we left our car even after check-out). For a first time in Liechtenstein, this was very nice. We really enjoyed the proximity with the center of Vaduz. We really liked the style if the bedroom. Breakfast was very nice.

Highly recommend this place for your stay in Lichtenstein. characterful guesthouse with pine-cladded bedrooms and good location within walking distance of the centre of Valduz and near the bus tops. Good location. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. And, the most important, convenient and rather spacious parking. Great, friendly and helpfull staff, clean, very nice room. Good kitchen. Exactly what I expected; clean room, nice reception, good breakfast. it was very clean & comfortable with good food. friendly staff location in-house restaurant. The staff are very nice and very helpful. The location is very good. The bus stop (Vaduz Au) to and from Buchs is only 1 minute. The room is big. The town centre is in walking distance. Reasonable locatin and well priced for the area which is notoriously expensive. Rooms were clean and there was a beer garden. nice personnel and close to center. - no air conditioning, no ventilator. Communal shower is a little bit of a downer. But we knew it when we reserved so this was no surprise. The traffic on the street was a little noisy too. But it completely stops during the night. But it starts again at 6!. Nothing. A little dated perhaps but not a dislike. Road noise. With window open it can be a little loud. It is a bit noisy in the mornings near the road if the windows are open. Not all the rooms are en-suite, but the prices reflect this. Window of the room to noisy road crossing must be close for night, it was warm in room. The bathroom down the hall, but I knew it is advance. It is quite expensive. I stayed there for 1 night and it costed me the same amount of money as I stayed in a studio in Innsbruck for 2 nights. You get what you pay for. Rooms are simple and the service is short if sweet. like other things in Vaduz bit over priced. Floor was very dirty Cigarette smoke was coming in thru balcony doors Had to pay extra Chf 30 for my 3yo son to eat a pathetic breakfast of very limited selection.
