  I've visited Prishtina many times now (in hotels that don't even deserve to be named like that) and this hotel is the best thing that happened to the city from my point of view. I just love it. The staff there is so friendly and helpful I got surprised on daily basis, the room was immaculate clean!   - Very friendly and helpful staff. I called them from the city and they sent me a cab - I personally enjoyed the shower a lot! - Big and comfortable room - Huge (spacious) room. Staff are very friendly and helpful - calling taxi, finding out time table and fares for long distance travel etc. Wi-fi is good.

  Wonderful butique hotel in Pristina! I traveled many times to Pristina but I really enjoyed staying at Golden Hotel. It's newly opened and everything was perfect. The room was very clean, good furnitured, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. I was surprized with cable TV which had approx. 200 channels, which is not random in other hotels.   This hotel captures the hospitable spirit of Albanians of Kosovo, is one of the best hotels I have been in, I mean you can listen to the news while in the shower, it doesn't get more posh than that. Hotel was one street back from a main street so was relatively quiet (compared with other options in the same area). Very close to good restaurants, cafes and easy walking distance to pedestrian zone, EULEX and GoK ministries / offices. Excellent value for money.

  The hotel staff was extremly friendly and often offered me a machiatto or drinks on the house and gave me a packed lunch when I was checking out early in the morning. The rooms are clean although a bit smaller than advertised and more importantly the bathroom are spotlessly clean. The heating was on throughout and the temperature was easily adjust... what people say » able. Free wifi that I never had any issues with. The fact that it is a bit far from the cenre means it is not so noisy so there is peace and quiet an - very nice place where the people all are friendly with no exception, and the hotel is relatively new with very good furniture , they have been very fast in responding to our service inquiries.

I booked first for one day and I had a problem with the car so I called the day before to change the date and they were so handsome changing our date without paying nothing. Hotel had a private parking so I let the car there. Personal was qualified, they helped me for everything and every information. The room was cleaned and very nice and the breakfast xxl and very goo - The hotel Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. My stay in this hotel is all worth it. Even the Manager of the hotel, Kujta, have helped in so many ways in exploring the city and where to find the best places. He even dropped me using his personal car to guide me on the way around the city. I will definitely recommend this hotel mostly because of the staff and their hospitality and helpfulness. I will come back on this hotel for sure if I go back to this country. :)

  The location was excellent - just a short walk from the bus station (10 mins) and very close to the shopping centre and the pedestrianised centre. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The manager and staff are all very helpful and speak very good English.
