Our stay was great. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And it has all the basic amenities you need. The staff are very are very friendly & helpful esp Kooik & Christine. Warm and friendly staff is definitely a bonus!
The way to the guesthouse is very steep but it is just a 5 mins walk to Myeongdong station and the shopping district.
Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay there again!

To start off with, the location is superb. It's near Sinchon metro station and also accessible by airport limousine bus. Thanks to the manager Beau, who very kindly offered to pick me up at the station, there's no way that you'll get lost finding this guesthouse! :) Clear directions were also sent to you in advance.

Location ist very good (2 minutes from Sinchon Station, Exit 5), also
the owner is very caring and really sees to it that you arrive safely
(map, several descriptions from the Airport, Limousine bus - here she
sends a discount check via email, subway etc are provided). The
guesthouse has been recently renovated and is very clean, also the
location is quiet albeit its being so central. The possibility of
renting a hanok room is of course a huge plus (I had the hanok style
room and loved it). The

It was close to all the things we wanted to do, just a few stations away
from places like Myeongdeong and Hongik Uni.
We were left to as we wanted and though we didn't have any major interactions with the staff, it was fine by me and my sister. We were doing our own thing and appreciated the freedom in it. -

I loved the view!
The staff and the cleaning lady were all very polite and helpfull, as much as they could.
Yet, the taxi drivers always failed to find it, so I recommend you to give other hotel names as California Hotel, Ritz Carlton and Novotel.

Most staffs spoke three languages (Korean, English, Japanese), Maybe more! Room was amazing for the price, and very clean. Can't complain about the service. Very close to Sinnonyung station and main street Gangnam is just around the corner.
If you are getting from/to Incheon airport. I recommend taking the airport limousine bus to Ritz Carlton Gangnam or Best Western Gangnam as they are right next door!

Location is near by subway and bus station within 3 minutes walk distance. Walk to Myeongdong shopping street in 15 minutes. The staff Chris & Derrick is friendly. Especially Chris, he help me keep my luggage in the guest house during my trip in Jeju. He willing provide information when we ask for the direction and travel information. Both of them can speak well in English. Room is clean but small.
