  Thankyou to Mr Mark of front desk..always there to assist..he speaks english and also indonesian.arranged us for my daughters skiing trip and also taxi to change hotel after 2 nites. Also Mr Ryu the manager in his favourite brown attire...when we arrived..2 Rooms were ready out of 3 and check in early...he provided some snacks cos was just past br... what people say » eakfast time at no charge...after we ordered and paid for beverages.we just arrived and its still cold I like the cute small balcony. 2 computers with - The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless, with crisp, white bedding and the bathrooms were pristine. We chose the "breakfast included" option and were glad for it. The restaurant has a lovely, varied buffet and good brewed coffee (...with real cream! Try finding that, even in a coffee shop in Korea!) the hotel is about a five minute walk to the nearest metro.

  I liked that is was so easy to get to from the airport just hop on the 6015 bus which was easy to find, and it takes you right to the hotel. This is important if you don't know Seoul and have just gotten off a long haul flight. I would stay there again as it was in the centre of the town but we only had one night so not much time to get about sigh... what people say » tseeing. - Fabulous staff -- professional, friendly and extremely helpful, a really topnotch crew. Perfect location right at the airport bus express stop and close to the train station and Metro. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby as is a big market. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were really happy here.

  I loved the view! The staff and the cleaning lady were all very polite and helpfull, as much as they could. Yet, the taxi drivers always failed to find it, so I recommend you to give other hotel names as California Hotel, Ritz Carlton and Novotel. Not far of the subway, yet, a little annoying to get there- about 10-20 minutes walk- depends on ho... what people say » w tired you are. Near convenience stores, wich is great ! specially that there is one open 24/7. All in all, I had a great experience with this hotel, - Most staffs spoke three languages (Korean, English, Japanese), Maybe more! Room was amazing for the price, and very clean. Can't complain about the service. Very close to Sinnonyung station and main street Gangnam is just around the corner. If you are getting from/to Incheon airport. I recommend taking the airport limousine bus to Ritz Carlton Gangnam or Best Western Gangnam as they are right next door!

  Location was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Cleaners came on a daily basis to change towels and make the bed. Ac and heating both worked well *floor heating ftw!! All in all well worth the money. I recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and decently-priced room! The view isn't bad either. If you get a larger place (more... what people say » than one bedroom) the price per person drops significantly. If I ever travel with a group of friends to Seoul, I will definitely be looking to stay h - I liked that the room is cleaned daily... Towels were changed everyday too... Washing machine came with dryer function which is very useful in autumn... Its quiet after 8pm... But its a safe neighbourhood...
