I booked a triple room. The room is really big, clean, tidy and surprisingly there is a computer inside the room. The hotel is also near to the subway station and the staff are really helpful.
Location for me was good as I intended to WALK to the nightlife around there.
For visiting the main touristic attractions it is a BAD location - 45 min by subway.
Easy to food access.
Easy to get a cab no doubt you must go all the way down the hill.

The condition of the bathroom was somewhat poor.
The shower having no edge to stop the water doesn't help.
Up the hill.its inconvenient for me wit small kids to walk on the slope down to get cab while cars are moving up and down.
