A male staff with spectacle that helped with check in was really concerned of guest's needs. The hotel might not known by all taxi drivers, yet just tell them chungbu market 中部市场. u can walk back to hotel after passing through chungbu market. There's 1 7-eleven at the hotel's ground floor . And a bigger one located a few walks from the hotel. The hotel s like a service apartment, they do provide washing machine and hanging rack, so convenient for esp. Long stay traveller. Huge room as considere.
all reviews » The receptionist were very courteous, helpful and kind though thay are not really fluent in english. They also help to contact and confirm our transportation to phoenix park pyongchang. They give their best by inform us where the best place to visit , how to go to the place. seem like they are information centre to us. I love the hot chocolate that provided by the hotel. Its really tasty.Hotel services are good and superb. Wifi is available. Near to subway station. 7 eleven and market are near. The park/ playground across from the hotel is a great asset. The kinds loved playing there and it is so convenient. The seven-11 right in the same building is also very handy. The hotel room we were in was large and the beds comfy. The washing machine another thoughtful addition. We had excellent views from our room, the large windows could open out, but there are no screens and we battled mozzies. Staff were helpful and we were able to store our luggage in the hotel after checking out while we. It's more like studio apartment, they have a pantry, loundry mechine, build in fridge, stove etc. It's really comfortable for us if in emergency case we really need to cook something like egg or warm up our food. Excelent position close to 2 underground stations. It was in a normal working Seoul district, so I felt was an authentic Korean Hotel, not strictly for tourists. Excellent value for one and even better for 2 sharing. Fridge was useful, but ate out everyday as Korean food is such good value. The hotel staff could speak English and were very helpful in providing directions and assistance. The check in process was also well organized. The hotel is generally quite safe, clean and a good place to come home to after a day out. The big room size with 3 full sized beds was perfect for our family stay, the facilities provided was also great and will recommend the place to any family with young kids on a budget. The room was clean and looked really nice and there was a subway station pretty close by, so it was easy to get around. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. 1.Ms Lee & the friendly and helpful front office staff. 2. The coffee cum hot chocolate machine is great for the very cold and wet weather while we were there. The hotel is in a good location,very friendly and efficient staff,the best part of it are the facilties in the room,washing machinemcooker and fridge/freeezer. very happy with the room, location is within walking distance to places of interest. we have a good stay and would definitely come back here again. The service is excellent over at the hotel. room and the bed was clean and comfortable. Reception Staff Very Helpful. near to the market. The reception staff at HR were some of the best in Seoul i've came across. Not only did they speak excellent english, which really helped in many instances, they also went out of their way to help with the usual touristy requests, such as phonecalls to check for daytour bookings, seat availability for musical performances, express bus bookings for Everland, etc. Their attitude to service and helping residences were as good as the staff from 5 star establishments. The staff was very helpful. Remember to ask them to write in Korean on a note where you want to go - then you show that note to a taxi driver or you can ask other people. Very nice with 7-eleven downstairs. Location. Walking distance to dongdaemon shopping belt and there is even a fish/ wet market nearby to experience how the locals live the life there. The hotel is clean and staff polite. Location is goog. Staff do not clean up room on Sunday, only provided clean towels. It's a norm for Seoul staffs. We got a call from a guy unknown speaking English asking where were we from, we quickly took out the tel wire and made a complain to the lobby next day. Recommend girls to stay at floors with more rooms occupied. Coz that time we stayed at 12 floor. The rooms and hallways need a good scrub or a major renovation. The walls and tiled floors look tired and grubby. Otherwise, our two night stay was very comfortable, excepting the Mosquitos!. Not many staff can speak english only in Front desk area. Not many staff can speak english. Slightly difficult to find the first time, but being off the main streets also made it quiet. I did not like that the location is off the main road. To get to the hotel, I have to walk pass a rather dodgy back alley. I kept waking up in the nights due to the fact that the bed was too hard. I don't have anything I didn't like. Some facilities are too old and need to refurbish. Location is bit difficult for Taxi drivers to find. Not many restaurants immediately nearby, however, a ten minute walk due east and heaps of good restaurants. Room have a nice kitchen facilities but kitchen equipment have to rent separately. What is the purpose of having a kitchen inside the room. None. Nothing. Have to pay extra for using kitchen utilities. The building isn't the newest around but its decent and cleaned daily. Little off the main road. Cleanliness. Bed sheet did not appear to be clean. Receptionist is not helpful and attitude appears somewhat indifferent. No wifi in the rooms and the lobby closed too early. untidy cleaning, no need to take breakfast in hotel. The bed quite hard. Room was not very well maintained. Cleanliness issues, packet of used salad sauce was left in the fridge. They did not give according to voucher. So many bad things. horrible I sure vote not to stay again .. and future tourist READ CAREFUL:LY before you BOOK>. When we checked in the second time, we were given a big room but the bathroom sink was faulty. It caused us some inconvenience as we could not use the sink otherwise the whole bathroom would be flooded.
