The staff were very helpful and were very friendly even when we turned up very late. The rooms were comfortable and a great size with heated floors that were a welcome break from the February cold! Only a 2 minute walk from a subway station linked with two lines. guest services were exceptional. held onto my shirt after I checked out. friendly and good english. Very friendly staff Good English skill.
