The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. They made me feel quite welcome. Perhaps they don't have all the glitz, glamour and amenities of a big chain hotel, but the departure from the chains' typical generic feel and attitude was certainly a breath of fresh air. all reviews » We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, after a terrible experience in GoGo House Incheon. They pick you up from the airport and bring you to the airport. Very flexible with the times, we could even stay till 14:00 without paying extra. Staff is very friendly, helpful and speaks good English. Rooms are very big, have a big bathroom with a steam shower and jaccuzie. Big tv and wifi, very quiet and had a good night rest. The room looks a little outdated, but is comfortable. There are many restaura. Upgrade to comfortable suite. Excellent, helpful staff. Whilst staying at the hotel, we had a personal issue that required a phone call to home (New Zealand). Our cellphones would not work but that was not a problem. The staff were understanding and sympathetic (and they refused to charge us for the call!) They booked a great 5 hour Seoul tour for us at the last minute and even recommended a good local place for cold beer. Some excellent supermarkets and restaurants close by.
