Super location via free airport bus. The room was massive, clean and staff helpful. I read other reviews complaining about the lack of English speaking staff, but I did not find that to be the case. Everyone was very helpful. I also liked the fact there was a convenience store and nice bar within a few feet of the hotel. It was super easy to get back to the airport the following morning, because the bus stops right across the street.

The room had many amenities and would be great for a long-term stay. - The cleanliness of the room - The design/style of the room - The brightness of the room. The facilities are fantastic. The location is fine. It takes 5mins to airport. It was clean and comfortable with three beds since there was 5 in our family. The bed was hard as a rock and the concierge seemed unfriendly, although her English was excellent. - The mattress was too firm. The room temperature is terrible. We cannot control air condition by ourselves and the electric fan didn't help. The room was too hot, even the temperature outside is around 20C. no baggage service; I had a lot of luggage so I had to go up to my floor and down to the lobby a few times. it's appart hotel, more appart than hotel, so almost no service. Was too expensive Hotel was hard to find between it and hotel Hue! Asked to be woken up but they never did it. Poor Quality of Bed, no Breakfast service. there's not really anything to do in the area, breakfast was not included. Terrible staff...they had no idea what they were doing at the front desk when we checked in. What made things disastourous is that they forgot to give me my passport back at check-in!!!! The next morning I had to race back from the airport because they had my passport still at the hotel front desk. They did not even tell me when I originally checked-out... Rated as a five star but does not have a restaurant, a pool or mini-bar service. Air condition in room 326 was not work properly. The desk clerk didn't speak English. So, I wasn't sure about the shuttle bus!. Tired and in need of new owners!. the corridor smell was bad. The AC temperature can't be changed while the weather was hot.
