The hotel is well-located. From Haeyundae subway station only 5 min to walk and the famous beach and the busan aquarium are just on the other side of the street. There are lots of restaurants and cafe nearby. Our room is spacious and actually an apartment with a living room, a bedroom and a bath. It is nice for a family with two little kids to have a double bed, a single bed and a couch, and even a lovely jacuzzi bachtub that made the children a lot of fun. The breakfast is great. all reviews » This hotel met all our needs as a family with two young children during our week's stays. Our standard room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Partial ocean view as well as a view of the vibrant street below which our kids loved. Great location next to Hyundae beach. Cabs, convenience stores and eateries a stone's throw away. The reception is on the ninth floor above some pubs but the area felt safe. A huge discount store Save Zone with some kids' play areas is five minutes away. Our kids. Great location, right above the beach. You can open your windows and listen to the waves breaking on the beach. Nearby bars and restaurants in fashionable Haeundae area. Room was large and comfortable. Good pricing. Great for the bolder traveller not looking for lots of hotel based facilities. Close to other hotels if you want that sort of thing. Definitely not luxury but the room was very nice and it is close to the beach. Breakfast was good and included with the room. Budget friendly, good location however it is on a busy street so with the windows open it can get pretty loud. The room looks like the photos but the entrance of the hotel is awkward. It is located to the across of beach and near by all the restaurants and shops. And I was so satisfied with the room (coner suite). It is big and has wide window, clean furniture and seperated space for the make up. Also, breakfast was simlpe but good enough. It has both western & korean style. I stayed 6 nights with my wife for a conference we both attended. Everything went very smoothly. The room was great (like in the pictures) and the staff spoke good English (quite rare here in Korea). Position is good if you want to stay close to the beach. The location is fantastic, 1 minutes away from the beach..the staff is super friendly.. the facilities also excellent, the price is also amazingly friendly..^_^ The staff can't speak english well but he is really trying, so no trouble at all. External appearance is not good: it's situated above karaoke bars and restaurants, so get a high floor room. The reception is on the 9th floor with the rooms above this, but don't be put off. No hotel infrastructure as such so don't expect lounges or hotel bars or other facilities. I just liked it :) but it might be a bit noisy for an eldery ppl. No problems. Smallish rooms Very hot rooms and not-understandable airco. Only small window we could open at night. When taking a shower, the water sometimes gets extreamly hot for no reason at all which is painfull and dangerous! No extra waterjugs on floor Lot of things going on in the building such as a thai massage and multiple bars. Kind of strange and gave us a bit of a unsecure feeling. However, I would recommend this hotel. a single narrow passage way to underground carpark. No major negative points. Sometimes the warm dishes for breakfast (e.g. Eggs with ham) was cold. Nothing. Quite a distance away from the subway. The breakfast was not good restaurant was very small few tables only. Wake up calls were at very low volume. Very noisy at night. Might be very noisy during the evening. Non. - Limited English - rooms a bit ran down, but clean - not eco-friendly - the hotel should adopt the style in Europe - drop towels and indicate when to change the bed sheets. Changing 3 towels daily makes no sense economically and ecologically. Bathroom is abit run down. Bath tub is not designed well. When showering, water run down from the sides. Proximity to dirty nightclubs. we stayed in 1402 and the bottom of the wall near the door is wet. this makes us feel uncomfortable. the staff were very poor in english althou they were helpful, room was not clean and looks very old almost looks consumed, furenatures looks very old and smelley. i felt during my stay that the hotel is mainly for bar and rooms only! i do not know!. Misrepresentation. stated max for 4 people but in the end only had a bed for 2 people. 2 of us had to sleep in the living room with the 2 extra beds. at least they didn't charge us for it.
