Good localization. I arrive in the early morning and they give me a room without any problem (hakuma matata). Exelent. the very friendly and effective service in both the front desk, room service and concierge. I'd like to its location, in city center. staff very helpful,. the staff. Friendly staff, central location, fair stay. They assisted with safari booking, safety advises, very nice personnel!.

Not much!!. pressure from the reception to upgrade your booking and entice you with incentives-visit to executive club, free breakfast so as to almost convince/force the tired customer to accept the upgrading of rooms and to pay more. Ialso believe that the wifi internet should be free for customers paying for a suite. rooms are small and tired, need redecorating. marble fittings discoloured through age corridors between facilities are dark and clinical no ambiance, very poor re visitor experience when moving around pool/gym area. Facilities were a bit old, especially blankets and bathroom facilities. Besides it was not very clean in the bathroom. Expansive Internet. It was very cold as compared to my home town. The temperature plus hot or cold weather should be mentioned during the booking. As the rest of the world is mostly hot during this month. I only had a coat which I had to wear all the time and t shirts which I wore over each other to stay warm. rooms were small and outdated. The hotel is very dated and looking old, the rooms are in need of some reservation. Very pricy for what you get. One of the rooms we were checked into was very dirty, with nandos empty packs, drink cans , bed unmade it was disgusting for a 5 star hotel, and no bath robs or sandals!. the furniture and the rooms are old now. the diner buffet is everyday almost the same. Exorbitant internet charges. Getting stuck in lift on two occasions. Noise from plant room on top of building: I was given a top floor room and when I asked to change it at about 2200 was told "that is a noisy floor" So why use it?. the hotel is a tear down, absolutely no maintenance, old crappy beds, broken elevators, stained carpets, worst hilton by far i have ever stayed in.
