  There is clearly a big initiative to improve the customer service and facilities. The whole place was in good shape and had a great atmosphere. The alchohol was pricey, but people should remember that Jordam is a Moslem country, so 8 euros for a beer is typical. The food is of a very good standard. So there is no one to disturb your peace. There are - A very good hotel, and compared to many of the Dead Sea hotels a more reasonable price. Our spa treatment was great and the staff were are very friendly. It was a highlight to be looking at the Dead Sea, the hotel was away from the other big hotels but as we were there for one night this did not bother us. Our meal at night in the restaurant ( not the buffet) was really good. we had a family and the seaview suite had lots of room. yes it is expensive to stay at the Dead Sea but for our experie

  I have stayed 6 days with my sister in the hotel and we really enjoyed. Location is excellent ,food is good only breakfast is same but lunch and dinner are changed . Every night life music , people can dunce , smoke shisha , drink alcohol. It was a happy hour from 5pm to 6:30 pm buy 1 drink get another free.   Short walk to The Dead Sea (but transport was also an option), nice swimming pools (but too cold for our 1 year old child), helpful staff. I liked the fact that every day at breakfast an employee came around asking if everything was ok.   There are plenty of facilities to suit everyone. It's a great space and you could easily spend a length of time here. The promenade is amazing and there's a lift down to the beach (although there are still steps to get to the beach). The staff on the beach were fantastic - watching out for your safety in the water, helping where required and offer... what people say » ing cold water frequently. The staff in general were very helpful - especially the female Philippine ladies in the restaurant and reception tea room. - Everything! Just beautiful - resort, location. Service fantastic. I got upgraded to a superior seaview room, late check-in, late-check-out all for free. The room was lovely, view superb. Infinity pool divine, heated, and overlooking the Dead Sea. I had lunch at the Lebanese restaurant, and the food was lovely. A massage at the Thalgo spa was great. And, the service was amazing. In fact, I can't wait to go back! Don't hesitate - book.

  I liked so much the temperature of pool water, the water is too natural and very good for the body, the hotel afford so many areas and facilities around the hotel, and don't make so restrictions regarding food, that make you felt at home - The staffs there are very nice and helpful. The view is perfect.
