The staff were extremely helpful i.e. reception organised a n early evening glass bottom boat trip last minute for us. Within 30 minutes of our query we were on the boat! All staff were friendly and helpful,especially in the restaurant as we had a small child with us. The pool was out of order for a day and we were given free passes to another beach front hotels pool and beach facilities which was great!.

We have requested an early check in and they have arranged it. Rooms : Very clean, Hot water, Spacious, Colorful, & Nice view. Location is central surrounded by many restaurants. FREE PARKING. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet. The breakfast had enough variety although after three days it would have become boring. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is used by locals and foreigners so it did not feel like a foreigners hang out. The hotel underwent major renovations over the past couple of years with major upgrades to the rooms and the amenities. Now offers good value for the money. Located in the heart of the downtown/nightlife area. Very convenient to shopping and beaches. We found my hotel to be great value for money with lovely facilities in a good position in aquaba. They offered help with everything we needed. The room for our family was very big. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff allowed us to nap in their reception after a long overnight journey, and then found us a room early after the snoring became too much! Excellent location in Central Aqaba, friendly helpful staff. The staff was very helpful in directing us to a good restaurant with authentic Jordanian food. We had just had a few days in a bedouin camp at Petra which was fine but we booked a Junior Suite My Hotel for some R and R and it was fabulous in all respects. Liked every single thing. Staff attentive. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Room was very clean.Of all the hotels we used in Jordan this was b y far the best. All staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful with booking tours, etc. We had a great time, thank you so much!. The staff is friendly and willing to help you arrange things to do in Aqaba. The location. Room space is good enough. Room design and furniture is good. The breakfast is good, though it lacks some dishes. The buffet service is fair. the location was a little noisy (on the street outside). WiFi will be a great asset to the hotel, We have managed to do some emails while we were out. The pool on the rooftop was nice but women were not using it so my wife did not feel comfortable to swim in it. They have stopped taking Master Card credit cards in the past few weeks, and now only process Visa credit cards. Had to use cash for the room payment. Only one pillow!. Nothing at all. No alcohol is served on the premises of this hotel. Although one could expect this, sometimes we had a craving for a gin&tonic. No free internet at rooms. The breakfast food variety was a bit poor, but the fantastic omelet prepared by the chef as per the ingredients you like made up big time. Rest rooms need to be taken care of its clean but has a wierd smell. Charging for wifi at this price point is a bit cheeky - you get it for free in cheaper places! They should have free wifi in the lobby. Nothing. Change for carpet to tiles for corridor And change sofa for louby Other change for the bathroom. There is information leaflet or booklet in the room to describe the facilities of the hotel. Wi-Fi is not free. Rooms looked a bit aged. Public parking in front of the hotel was not adequate when we were there. Little bit over aged room equipment. Don't expect to much - but you get value for your money. No folloup with customers. Rude employees. No cleaning till we reminded them the last day. The pool is always cold and the service at the pool is very bad.
