Location, beach was excellent, it was clean, spa massage, food, beach facilities: diving, parasailing, jet-ski...... Hotel It is a place for passive rest for elderly people. Rooms were nice and pool was great. They gave me the room key to keep as a souvenir at check out that I thought was a very nice touch. The shuttle was exactly on time. The view outside the room. The presence of a balcony. The breakfsat had a good collection of items.

Example: we really suffered for teeth brushes asking 2 days to put it into our room. The same was happening with towels, we were asking 3-4 times to change it, but finally it was not there. I don't know maybe there is language barrier, they cannot understand well???? I really like your hotel, but this is very serious gap...... No free coffee in rooms, but a kettle was provided after I asked for one. The smell of the drainage in the bathroom was awful. They insisted on paying in advance, though on the website it says that payment is upon checkout. The toiletries were not renewed until we asked for that. We booked for a jet ski, and it was confirmed, then the person in charge did not come. The smell of teh debclothes was awful. using the near beach- not comfortable, far from hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. A lot of buildings, there is no area for walking. No shuttle bus from the airport. The location not good. small rooms, not good as pools and beach. did not commit to the deal provided by booking ( single bed in the room) idea of the bus to the beach not very effective. slippery tiles, no rags on the floor not even flip-flops or those cheep sandal usually given by the hotels . I was unpleasantly surprised and disappointed that you can not go to the beach unless you are a girl/woman or a family with a "female " with you ! that was so ridiculous !! Marina Plaza hotel manager "Waleed" and the pool manager " fadi dallal" were so rude with us and very unproffesional. Moreover,the waitress on the pool bar was so rude as well.towells take until noon to be ready. Will never ever book with this silly hotel and would not recommend it for a dog to stay in. I don't recommend it to anybody its nightmare. Security more than customers searching n checking u evertime u in and out tooany questions can't bring same sealed water they sell in insane pieces from out.made me feel my life in danger .beach half mile away n they don't care how u get there.everything very expensive. Aunt's in the room.their coolers so bad never seen worse .ill never go back n would never recommend to anybody...!!!!. I didnt like that beach access is for couples only...we were 3 guys and they didnt let us go to the beach..this is very bad for the reputation of the hotel and its doesnt make sence.
