I don't like to spend a lot of money on a really high end hotel, but in a very foreign country, a few basic comforts, and the feeling of reliable cleanliness, along with staff who speak my language with confidence and competence is really nice. I found this place earlier this year, and had no hesitation about coming back again. Great value, very comfortable. Internet not blindingly fast, but entirely serviceable. I was able to stream some video with some interruptions.
all reviews » I stayed for 1 night in this hotel on 30 June 2013, I booked for a double room but they gave me a twin room, the male receptionist told me that they are full and no way that I could get 1 double bed but the manager or the night auditor who is wearing a baby pink shirt did strive and find me a room with 1 big bed in room 323, I am very thankful for this manager who is really very helpful. The hotel is clean , rooms are clean and well maintained ..the quality over all just good enough for short business trip and has everything you need from good place to eat , good atmospher and located in nice area just next to wide range of restaurant and cuisne. I arrived late at night and requested to have a salad delivered to my room which was not allowed but when I told the service how tired I was he gracefully made the delivery :-) I was very content with the staff attitude and their friendly welcome. موقع رائع وقريب من عدد من المطاعم والأسواق الجميلة الفندق نظيف ، والعاملين فيه خلوقين جداً وأنصح بزيارته Great location , with many nearby restaurants and markets. Clean hotel, and friendly staff I recommend it. Location is good...I did not expect much from the hotel, as I was going to stay only for the night, but it was great, much better than I thought. It is next to a very nice restaurant, it is clean and comfortable!. I would prefer if the room was little bit bigger. I would suggest to include the breakfast in the booking option and provide an airport shuttle it will so usefull. The price I paid was more than the one I booked on booking. Horrible breakfast coffee. it's not recommended for family with kids good for business bath room and room just fit staff is good and friendly. I heat the Taxi drivers and the beggars around the building, they are noisy. paper and plastic cups in the rooms. The hotel seems crowded with Suadi people-There is a taxi guy who annoys you whenever you go out of the hotel and try to sell you some night activities!. Far from downtown - only of interest if your business is nearby. Room Windows Don't Open by Design. So no hope for fresh air to come into the room. The hotel force you to use their valet service which is a private company running it, you cant park in their parking by yourself every time you need to get into the hotel you need to give your car to the valet. The room design is fair comparing to ibis Abu Dhabi, sheets and covers are not high quality, paper cops were provided for complementary coffee. Rooms are small Bathrooms small and no enough towels or shampoos. The place need to be brought to life. Variety of food at breakfast needs to be reconsidered. the booking price after adding the tax and city tax almost the same when you book from the counter directly. expensive for a self service hotel. Not applicable. High price. The offering for the early risers was lacking (and had to pay separately for tea/coffee). The towels :). nothing. I did not like the taxi Out side ,, they take too much money from customers That they didnt use their accountant. breakfast very expensive. Rooms are ok but the bad thing that no body can open the window therefore there is strange smell in the room. Taxi outside is expensive. Breakfast is completely not good it is waste of money to pay expenses on such bteakfast. Besides ,paying extra money breakfast is not fair. Poor service , they put paper cups instead if glass , bathroom without lock . having to use the bath towel as a facial towel. Small rooms Self parking not allowed. room was a bit small and the breakfast was not as expected. The size of the bed.. It's too small !. Cafe and resturant allowing smoking, bad ventelation. nothing we only stayed a few hours as we had a specific itinery.
